2. Unfair Trade Practice – Consumer Protection Act, 2019
Collecting money under false assurances, failing to provide service, and withholding refund falls under Unfair Trade Practices.
3. Breach of Contract
A service contract was formed upon payment. Not providing the agreed service and refusing refund amounts to breach of contract.
4. Cheating – Sections 415 & 420 of IPC
If money was collected with dishonest intent, it qualifies as cheating under IPC Sections 415 and 420.
5. Criminal Breach of Trust – Section 406 IPC
Accepting money for a specific service and wrongfully withholding it constitutes Criminal Breach of Trust.
6. Mental Harassment & Financial Injury (Compensation Requested)
Your inaction has caused significant mental harassment, stress, financial burden, and anxiety. I am therefore claiming compensation for mental agony, disruption caused, and all associated financial damages.
