Oasis Resource Management — Not arrange the Interview and not ready to refund the money back

I have applied and paid the amount of 60, 000 INR on Nov' 2021, for two countries (Singapore and Canada), with almost more than 1.5 years completed. They are not processing my first preference for a Singapore company's job interview, despite the fact that they did not send my profile to the organization; they simply uploaded my profile to a job portal like Indeed, etc. They do not have a relationship with the organization's HR team. However, they have not yet processed it and are unable to refund the amount. I requested that they consider my second option, Canada, but they refused. I don't understand. It is too bad. My request. Please don't apply through Oasis Resource Management Pvt. Ltd.

This is inform you that Mr. Jayendran Chellam started the process for Canada Job Assistance on dated 18th Nov’21 and his documentation part has been completed and immediately we start posting his profile to the relevant companies according to the current profile which has been share with him on time to time basis, and also Couple of interviews has been scheduled but unfortunately there is no selection for candidate’s profile because this is something completely depends on overseas employers and on the basis of credentials of the candidate. Being a consultant we have given our 100% to get him the selection from overseas employer.

As it’s mentioned in the trail mail that we are not refunding candidate’s money that is absolutely wrong, he never asked for the refund. But, now refund process has been initiated as per the service legal agreement which is duly signed and accepted by the client, refund will be done in 60days as per the refundable policy.
