This is with regards to the above mentioned organisation, I had signed up for overseas consultation by paying an amount of Rs. 70800 in December 2022. During the process as there was a slight delay they closed my file, I was fine with it & I later decided to opt for a refund. After I initiated the process I was told that they would penalize me by charging me 60% of the fee even though there was absolutely no consultation services offered by them. I had no choice so I accepted it, I initiated the process in April 2026, they informed me that I would receive a refund of roughly Rs.26, 000 & they were charging me an amount of Rs.43, 902. I think it's extremely unfair to charge me such a high amount considering there was not even a single consultation that I had with them. Post agreeing to this I was told that the refund would be processed on July 28th 2026. I have still not received the refund & now they have stopped responding to me. Kindly request you to assist me with this. Please let me know if there is a waiver I can get on the consultation fee as well. Was this information helpful? |
