One person Mr.Punith from Oasis Resource Management had called me and told that he found my job profile from job website and asked me if I was interested in jobs in canada. Then he told me he ll send a mail regarding that. In the mail he mentioned that Rs.1500 should be paid to them to start the process and sent a fom format and asked me to submit copies of my certificates. This is the content of the mail he sent me "Hi, Greetings!!! We have received your resume for Visa & Job abroad and we have opening for same profile . So, kindly give me the confirmation for the same. You seem to be eligible for CANADA immigration. Salary package would be CAD$ 45-80 thousand per annum. On confirmation of employment your Accommodation, Meals and Air Tickets would be taken care by the employer. Please note that this is a highly important and necessary stage in the whole program. Step 1: TE Before we aim towards the huge investment of time, we need to make sure whether you qualify for the country of your reference, we suggest you to go for the Technical Evaluation.In the Technical Evaluation process your resume and a scanned copy of your Bachelors Degree / Diploma and your job profile will be evaluated. This service will be provided at a fee of Rs. 1, 500/- The report will come out in 3-4 working days. If the report will be positive, then only Oasis will take your process further, else we will stop the process immediately or suggest you a suitable alternative. We need the following documents for Technical Evaluation. · Updated CV · Scanned copy of highest qualification Passport Copy · Rs. 1, 500/- ( Refundable if in case file is rejected ) Technical Evaluation Form". After I sent al the required documents and depositing the amount, he called me and informed that I qualified in the initial evaluation process and to continue with the next process he asked me to pay some 67000Rupees about which he never mentioned before. The following is the content of the mail he sent me after the evaluation process: "Step 2: Sign up Process TOTAL FEES : Rs. 60, 000/- + 12.36 % of Service Tax ( Rs. 67, 416/-). For your Satisfaction we sign a Service Legal Agreement with you. Every Information in regards to the Process is mentioned in the LEGAL AGREEMENT.As we need to send a scan copy of that agreement to embassy also. There would be no limit to the number of applications that will be made to the prospective employers. On confirmation of employment your Accommodation, Meals and Air Tickets would be taken care by the employer. Thereafter, visa filing will be done. We will be taking Rs.60, 000 /- (plus 12.36%service tax) from you for Work Permit Visa. You can only get a Work Permit visa once you have a job in hand. We are charging you the fees for the following assistance: • Registration with us • Documentation • Job search • Courier services charges • Visa processing • Embassy Application Fees • Medical Examination fees • Job Assistance If we are unable to provide you with the job, we will refund you the amount as per policy mentioned in the Legal Agreement prepared and mutually signed by us and you." Since he told me that the evaluation will cost Rs.1500 only I paid the money and after that these people are asking me to pay such an huge amount. When I enquired about the job assurance they told it cannot be assured that everyone will secure a job through their process I did not want to continue with them.and asked him to refund the amount paid for evaluation but now they are saying that it is not refundable. Each time I call they are not giving any response too. Plz get me justice. I have attached the proof of money deposited in the bank for their evaluation process".
