This is inform you that Mr. Vikas Gupta started the process for Canada AIP on dated 16th Feb’22 and his documentation past has been completed on 28th June’22 after that we started doing job postings for this client on designated employers but unfortunately there is no selection for candidate’s profile because this is something completely depends on overseas employers and the credentials of the candidate, Being a consultant we have given our 100% to get him the selection from overseas employer.
Meanwhile client asked to change the process from AIP to SINP or Quebec for which we need to intimate him today but simultaneously candidate filed consumer complaint in lieu of which we have shared refund form with the candidate which is duly signed and submitted by the candidate for reference refund form attached.
Refund process has been initiated as per the service legal agreement which is duly signed and accepted by the client, refund will be done in 60days as per the refundable policy.
