[Resolved]  Oasis Resource Management — their office is closed and all of their phones are switched off

I gave rs.70000 to oasis resource management ltd in feb 2020 and i have not heard from them till now. All of their phones are switched off and no one is bothered to pay back the amount or to get the job in canada for which i paid them.
It seems the ran away with the money and will not come back ever.
Please suggest where to contact and complaint regarding this.
