This company is the most fraudulent company . I have applied for the germany jobseeker also paid the money on time. As i told and its clearly written your process is just for 4-5 months .its a working tat but no response always i get to know that we have fix the appointment in embassy but when i ask for booking always give me excues now from last few months not getting any response also i am putting mail to Ms Manpreet she always give excuses now from last few months not getting response over mail and numbers are off -ms manpreet-[protected] MS JESSICA [protected] ADITYA [protected] I ALSO WENT TO THEIR OFFICE I CAME TO KNOW BY GURADS THE LEFT THE COMPANY AND MANY PEOPLE CAME HERE FOR SAME REASON

It has been July 1st week when they wrote to me stating process kept on hold.
Since then there is absolutely lack of communication.
Request for a reply from them with some timeline.

I will every one don't think that you will deactivate yourself from social media No worry. Nowadays is so easy to find out a person. Really I am ready to go jail. So please refund all my money. 45k it's a big amount that was my fast saving. Really I will not give to go all the money.

My name is aswanth tk. I have paid 65, 000 rupees for canada work permit in oceans outsourcing. Mr. Aditya has been assigned as my documention officer. The last they contacted me in the month of april saying that my process will be on hold due to covid situation. After that they didnot contact me. I had tried to contact them but they are not responding. I need refuend of total amount urgently. Otherwise i would going to charge a case in consumer court. Please look into this

My name is parul tanya. I paid 42000 rupees to ocean outsourcing l for ajob in canada. They last contacted me in the month of february. They did not call or give any update since then. I am expecting full refund on my payment done. I have not been contacted or informed about the closure of the company and this is completely unacceptable. Attached is the screenshot of payment done to the company. I have not received any job confirmation till date and there is no update on my case. I would expect a callback and complete refund on my account at an earliest possible.
Below are the breaches as per the contract signed with your company.

I have never received any counselling from ocean outsourcing and i am also not given any assistance. I have made so many calls but all their numbers are out of service. They are cheating people and i will make sure to tweet and inform ministry and government about this fraud. They are bunch of fraudsters who are scamming people

First level interview i cleared and after that im requesting for amount to refund back to me. He also raised refund procedure and process after that there is no information regarding amount refund. Moneyvraken by oceans abroad 10000 but never refunded till date no one is responding to calls or mails

I am facing financial crisis in my home and after doing many mails I haven't received any kind of revert from their side.. It's very much disappointing me and don't want to

One outsourcing company from delhi name is ocea outsourcing solutions pvt. Ltd offer me a job in singapore and the collected 25000/- inr for this as service charge.

I had transferred 25000/- inr to oceans outsourcing solutions pvt ltd[protected], 12th floor, chiranjiv tower 43, nehru place, new delhi - 110019, tel:[protected], gstn:07aacco2099q1zs).
Transferred 10, 000/- on 04/10/2018 and 15000/- on 1/11/2018. But i didn't get any services or interview or job offer letter from their side. I have the invoice copies. They cheated me very well.

Could you please help me?

I have complained in this portal regarding lack of communication.
I realize that the company's website is not available anymore.

Please ask them to call back or please do the needful to return back my money immediately.

Oceans outsourcing is a big cheater company... They charged 71 k for germany job seeker visa from me... I have registered since april 2019... After full payment they didnt received my calls... I have registered with oceans outsourcing in last april 2019... Paid 71, 000 rs for germany job seeker visa... Manpreet kaur was my case manager... After payment they never received my called and finally blocked my number... Agreement was signed but nothing happened till date... I have all records of payments... Mails... Communications with me... A lady named priyanka john with here sweet words together is cheating all the ppl... I m filing a case in consumer court against this fraud agency... Need refund of total amount urgently...

Oceans outsourcing solutions have promised to provide me with a job in Singapore last year october 2019. But it has delayed from the begining and wasting my time till now. I've been communicating one of its lady agents called Manpreet with very sweet caring voice at beginning asking me to pay ₹52000 after payment she never receive my calls.she even blocked me, so that I can't connect her So, I requent the company to kindly refund my valuable amount . Urgent.

I paid them 35, 400 for immigration and job service in ireland in the month of febraury. I contact ishan sardana he said 45 to 60 days you will get visa. But now sir six month is going on, after taking money they are not responding. Then they give me case manager her name is (Ritika). She last call me june dated 9, or 10. She said may whenever will open i will inform you from my sight. I have already submitted my documents therefore i want full refund of my money also want them to return my documents as this wil lead to their misuse.

They are not giving any proper answers and they are not picking any calls

Its about ocean outsourcing pvt ltd now also know as oceans abroad. It all started in dec 2018 where i was contacted by ishan sardana ([protected]@oceanoutsourcing.com) from oceans for a work permit of canada where he told me that i will be provided 10 interview shots and if there is any success then they will proceed with the employer sponsored work permit process. The documentation was completed within the 3 months and then the interview process started around april 2019. Jessica ([protected]@oceanoutsourcing.com) was handling my case and 1 interview was arranged and i cleared the 3 rounds of it. This interview itself took about 6 months which was again incorrect in terms of its timelines promised at the time of registration.
In-fact i have to make calls and send mails to get updates about the next status and the responses were really slow and late.in between, jeesica left the company without any notification to the client (Me) and no information was shared with me by the company too. After a lot of follow ups, aditya ([protected]@oceanoutsourcing.com) came over and said that he would be handling my case. After 3 rounds, i was told that there would the final round which happened in nov 2019 and i had to wait for its results for almost 1.5 months.
I kept asking for the results and they did not tell me anything till one day they sent a mail to me that i have not cleared it and they are clearing my case now. So in 1 year they only arrange 1 interview against the 10 they promised at the time of the registration.
I simply asked them to show me the client mails that my interview has failed and they just denied to do so. The interview calls were also from an indian number so i am not sure of the legality and authenticity of those interview calls too.
So calls would have been fake too and they didn't show me the mails too from the client.
I have been contacting aditya since jan 2020 for 50% refund for the incomplete services given to me but he is just postponing it month after month. He is not even replying me back on my mails now. I would need a 50% refund of my rs 35000 that i deposited at the time of registration.

I paid them rs. 25, 000 for my immigration and job service in singapore in the month of february. I contacted them when they said they will start the process by 25th july and since then all the numbers they have provided are turned off. I have already submitted my documents therefore i want full refund of my money and also want them to return my documents as this will lead to their misuse.

I found out about this company in January 2020 and applied in February for Canada work permit. I have paid them ₹35000 and also submitted important documents to them. I thought because of the current covid-19 situation they might have taken a break, but when I tried to contact them, all employees have switched off their phones, the company website has been deleted and there is no one to contact. I finally got home of a manager of theirs, only to find out the company has shut down. My process was not even started, so I want a complete refund of my money and a return of all my documents as I don't want them lying around somewhere they can be misused.

In february month I met with Ms Neha at their office and she assured for canada Work Permit, I have paid 30 K for Through Axis Bank Cheque, Mr Aditya was handing my case and I am approaching regularly Mr Aditya and Neha. In march Month they were asking for additional payment for Rs 17200 which was committed by me as per agreement bit I denied the same looking after their behaveiour. Later, I come to Know that they have cheated so many People in same way.

I have also sent mail to refund my entire amount a but now no one is responding, Few Days back Aditya Sent whatsup that our office has been closed and we are also not getting salary from company. I also sent request to provide promoters cell no that too he cannot confirm.

Ms Ritika says we will rejoin office from 1st August Onwards.

Please advice how to recover my hard earn money.
