I booked ola at airport bangalore
Vehicle no driver refused to come to my destination cab no ka 01 ak 3861 the above said vehicle driver has used brutal language and refuse to drive.
At the same time i picked other car
Kindly take action against the owner and driver bcs of this type of attitude ola name is spoiled.

    Hello ola,
    Ola driver named avinash swami (Vehicle number – mh 12 pq-1833) came to pick a ride and managed to irresponsibly leave his car without pulling hand brake in a society parking instead of sitting in the car & waiting for riders, this led to collision to another residents bmw 320i car (Mh 12 fp-6566).

    How this person can be so irresponsible!!!

    Knowing his fault, he agreed to pay for the damages and left his ola tablet as a collateral towards it with bmw owner as ola driver didn’t had money with him to overcome damage amount. Now he is calling the bmw owner &trying to blackmail him for theft of the ola tablet instead of accepting his mistake.

    Kindly note this & take necessary action and pay special attention to complaints.

      I had booked ola on 24th november and had put correct destination. The estimated charge was around rs 201 from subhashree hotel coimbatore to ranganathan engineering college. Even today the estimated charge for the ride is around the same.. But i had been charged thrice the amount, rs 594 once i reached my destination... I had exam on that day in the morning so i would never put wrong destination... Even after speaking twice to the customer executive and filing complain.. No action was taken.. Being a regular customer of ola.. Its very disappointing.. They are cheating us and charging three times the amount. The drivers are unprofessional as well as the customer executive of ola.

        Dear sir/madam
        Yesterday i booked prime sadan cab with cnr [protected]. Vehicle no hr 55 aa 8604, driver name neeraj sharma.
        I called to diver for pickup, he requested that please come opposite site i m there. Approx 50 minutes he rolled us here and there. Finally when we sited on cab, he asked me where to go. I told place. He was pressing me to cancel the ride becz i will not go there. And misbehaved with me and my pregnant wife.
        I was very disappointed with service of this above driver. If he was not interested to go there he should cancel the ride. But he did not do this and misbehaved with me and my family. I called to police.
        Finally he left us after abusing us.
        Where is my security???
        Please take hard action against this driver he is spoiling the reputation of ola cabs.

          Today on 28 nov i was travelling from sanpada to wagbhil thane with wagonar at 8.53 pm due to some issue a ola cab met with accident where no one was injured but we suffered a very bad experience with ola services, which led my family on road with 2 years old kid at night 9.34 pm on road with such a bad experience... As driver had some argument with other self driver where me n my family was messed... As i had called emergency but even from there wasn't a relevant support provided, as a other person on call name as salman was trying to support us with other cab, but other ola driver first refused to take to the route and after sometime he cancelled the ride such a bad experience with ola services, would request to take a strict action with a driver who denied and cancelled ride... So other should not ever face such situation again. Very disappointed..

            I had booked for a rental ride on 21st June 2019 for 6 hrs and 60 km CRN [protected], Prime Sedan (White Xcent) The ride commenced at 06:16 am from Rafi Marg area. After reaching the first stop point at 07:01 am completing 23.7 km the ride stopped without me giving the stop OTP to the driver partner(Mr Gaurav). As the account was linked to my OLA credit, the amount of Rs 1305 was imposed on to me. Immediately connected to the customer care who cross verified my issue by speaking to the driver partner. He assured me that it was a system error from OLA end and that the amount 1305 would be waived off/Refund. I followed up with OLA many times but no result.I have the necessary proofs to support the same. Now OLA is mentally harassing me and threatening me to pay the wrongly raised bill. I have asked them to remove the wrongly imposed charge of 1305 and issue a fresh invoice so that I can pay off the pending amount. As a law abiding citizen I would pay the actual bill and not something which has been imposed on to me due to OLA’s system error.

              On 18.11.19 i has taken cab service from ola the rate shown atthe time of booking 237 and after ride they have charged 282 rs. At that time i have registered my debitcard paid 237 by debit card and remaining by cash. Ola has commited 36 refund but till now i have not received. On 25.11.2019 ola has deducted 201 from my registred debit card from ola. I have contacted ola for refund but no helpline is responding. Please support to get my money back

                I booked a cab on nov 12 and paid rs. 224 to the driver after closing. Booked another ride on nov 19 with the bill amount r.413 and the driver said it is ola money and no need to pay cash (Thanks to his honesty, although the previous driver didn't cheat me because the ride shown the money after closing).

                I came to know my account was changed to postpaid without any information or acknowledgement from me. Now the account says my total due is 224+413=637.

                I came to know my account was changed to postpaid only by nov 19 but the previous incident was on 13th. The customer care people say they can't do anything because the complaint was lodged after 3 days of the ride.

                This is actually smart cheating and i have came across few of my friends who have had the similar experience.

                  On 19th august, 2019 i took ride on ola from mulund to cbd belapur, for which i was charged double the amount. When issue was raised it stated due to traffic. Cnr : [protected]
                  There was no traffic and route was also normal.
                  Rs 683 was charged.
                  I tried to find several customer care number, tried various number, however no one responded.

                  On august 22nd i took a ride on ola from cbd belapur to mulund, for which auto broke down at ghansoli nearby area and i was charged rs 232.
                  After having a conversation with ola executive, i was informed amount would be refunded to me via gpay and i haven't received this refund.
                  Cnr : [protected]. On 22nd i had raised this issue to the concern person and he mentioned would get back to me, which is still pending.

                  I had used their ola money service and had informed them that payment will not be done, until and unless they have sorted my payment issue. They informed to use their vouchers and consider amount as refund for the ride on 19th august, however i do no wish to use ola again due to such fraud activities. Multiple times i did try to reach ola service and no response is received from their end.

                  Kindly help me resolve this issue, as ola bothers via calls and mails and they have transferred to legal department, currently which is a nuisance to my daily life.

                      CRN [protected] Driver Anthonysamy S arguing that for booking mini only one luggage allowed. He had a swift desire and was impolite. Seeing his impoliteness I cancelled the trip if it is not allowed to carry 3 bags in the trip. I was with my spouse and daughter and had only one hour for train at Chennai egmore. The worst thing was he further approached the driver o[censored]ber who came picking us up in 19 minutes time. Please avoid ola. If possible use public transport.
                      Now the company penalise me with a charge.

                        Had a pathetic experience with ola. Cab driver left me and co-passenger midway and ran away. He completed the ride without us and the entire money got deducted from my ola money account. It's been 5 days and ola refuses to refund the money. Pathetic service and i hope uber shuts you down. Endangering the safety of passengers is becoming common for ola. Drivers acting like goons and ola doesn't take action

                          At the time of booking charges displayed was 97 rs but after finishing ride they deducted 179 rs. Stating 100 rs as state tax. If i am travelling within noida from sector 126 to sector 93 b at 12:30 pm. What are these charges?

                          There is no customer complaint number or email id to reach to.
                          Existing numbers on internet is one which shows busy or unanswered on every ring.

                            Vehicle no ts 10ub 6838 was coming wrong route at moosapet, when we asked him to come properly the driver was behaving in rude manner and showed his temper and also said give a complaint whomever u want, please consider this and take action in the driver immediately. I am also complaining to police too. I am attaching photograph of the cab for your information. It's a school time children may cross the road, if he drives like that who will be the responsible?

                              Hello,

                              I hired cab from OLA for 12 hr/120 km in Hyderabad on 25th Oct. I checked with Driver if I free him after this ride, What is going to be charge? As per other cab company, I was supposed to charge for Kilometer, I travel.

                              I decided to free Cab but OLA charged me for 12 hr. There was just 50 km travel and no wait but still OLA charged.

                              I tried to convince them through Social media channel and added their CEO but they are not ready to listen.

                              I checked with Driver and He was paid only for travel Kilometer.

                              I need your help to get resolution from OLA.
                              Auto cab being booked and extra money been asked to pay in advance by ola app and if booked an ola other auto cab driver comes to pick the customer
                              Very high charges when compared to meter autos. Because of ola and uber regular auto guys also deny the services. 104 rs for 2.5kms. isn't it unethical. Ola and uber are looting the people. What's govt doing??

                                Please See my comments on Your service and driver issues which i already replied on a complaint to Ola([Ola Support] #[protected] but seems Ola executives are trying to save such criminal Drivers instead of Firing them from Contract.

                                It seems Driver (Driver name Jitendra ShantaRam) was not at all a good professional and he seems to be an expert in doing fraud and cheating customers. I booked a outstation cab to Saptshrungi temple from Mahatma Nagar, Nashik, and i got a estimate of 1573 Rs (approx) having a round trip of 138 KM. First of all Driver didn't come up for pickup at designated time (i.e. 9:45 AM IST) and came at 10:17 AM IST after several followups and on terms of the fact that i will pay only cash(and no Ola money/ Google Pay, etc). Later his Odometer was showing reading as 0 and not any realistic meter reading as it used to show for any other cab.
                                We reached temple at around 1:15 PM and it was straight forward root as no other route exists to that destination and we followed same(no deviation at all). We visited temple for 3 hours and then we were back at 4:15 PM IST and left from temple directly to my source point from where we started journey and reached around 7:05 PM IST (Which turned out more than expected timing of 8 hr and i am ok with additional 100 Rs charge).

                                During this trip Driver has manipulated all parking bills odometer reading and other things which i am explaining below:
                                I got estimated round trip of 138 km and actual round trip was 169 km which is impossible as we didn't deviate from route at all and i have been there from my private car 2 times and i know it is not 85 km. Most likely he did some manipulation with odometer reading during the time when we were at temple for 3 hours or he took some other ride in absence of me in that 3 hours outside of ola contract.
                                He took cash for Diesel refill (500 Rs) and parking etc which i don't think should be asked by customer before completing journey.
                                He stayed in parking for 3 hours for which parking charges were written at temple 50 for 2 hours and 20 Rs for further each hour(so parking charges were expected to be 70 Rs). But he charged me 150 Rs by showing forged bills which doesn't have car number etc on bill.
                                It seemed to me He was deliberately driving the car at very low speed (through out the journey at a constant speed of 40-50 kmph or even lesser than that) perhaps either he wanted to increase ride time or his car condition was worst.
                                Ultimately I had to pay 1983 for trip + 150 Parking Charges which is completely unacceptable. I was supposed to pay only 1573 the estimated charge + 100 for increased ride time (that too due to Driver lethargy) + 70 Rs for parking charges.
                                Please take necessary actions to revert my extra spent back and take action on driver so that he can't cheat any other customers.

                                  This is the second time my account is blocked since may. I have been a loyal customer to ola. I use it everyday to travel from my drop point to home. I've come to depend on it.
                                  I have already emailed ur grievance dept thrice. No response yet.

                                  Plz tell me why my account was blocked so atleast i can try n rectify the mistake.
                                  I am fed up of this happening.
                                  I work for a good company. I can also get a character certificate from the police if that's what it takes.

                                  Plz plz help me get my account back. I depend on it greatly to travel everyday.

                                    I travelled from delhi to jaipur and was charged extra even according to the app. The app calculated fare of 275 km and when i reached, i was shown the fare for 250 km and was segragately charged an enormous extra amount for 25 kms that was already pre calculated, i contacted ola and was assured with a solution in 24-72 hours but 2 months have passed and no solution is provided.

                                      I came by indigo flight from jaipur around 10.45 pm and came straight to the ola cab center for booking for a ride to my home. Four times the booking was confirmed but the drivers cancelled the pick up. When we cancel a ride you charge a fine and collect the money but what is the cost of inconvenience caused to the customer due to the driver cancelling the ride and how would you compensate the customer. I am a senior citizen and i had to wait till 12 midnight to get my ride. The whole thing is getting very unprofessional and causing hardship to the customer. Please take action to bring in a robust system with greater accountability.

                                        On 19.11.2019 we travelled by Ola taxi vide TXN no CRN[protected] & paid RS 151/
                                        On same day we again booked for same same place vide CRN [protected] but we paid excess 33/ means RS 184/ for same destination due to following reasons.
                                        1. Before this deal we were compelled to cancell TXN CRN [protected] as driver mr Rohit Namdeo refused to go and we were compelled to cancell for booking of new deal hence cancellation charges RS 15/ loaded on us.
                                        2. Then we booked vide TXN no [protected] of Mr Ravindra Patil who went by another way inspite of our request and he stopped at somewhere for more than 5 minutes for his personal works as we were in indore (other city) therefore we were compelled to pay RS 184/ instead of 151/ normal fare.
                                        Kindly do the needful for refund of money excess charged to us.
