I have paid my ola ride with cash payment. But now it's showing the payment is pending. So kindly fix this problem due to which I'm not able to book another ride.

        Hi,
        I have taken ola ride on 2nd oct 2021.
        I tried to pay driver through digital payment(phonepe, gpay..), driver said it's not working.
        I paid through cash 140 rs and even after paying amount, in app I can see payment pending rs 139.00

            I have made the payment via gpay to ola driver. But in the ola app it is showing pending and asked to clear the due.

            Ola customer care numbers not at all working to lodge a complaint.please resolve this issue.

                    I have paid amount for my Ola auto ride from my location Badra Sai Nagar Quthbullapur Hyderabad to Birla Mandir Hyderabad but still it is showing pending payment in app of my device. Please solve it.

                        We have booked a cab on sept-25-2021, CRN: [protected] and paid the driver in cash the complete bill amount because the gpay was not working due to signal issues. My bill is still outstanding, my support ticket number is[protected].

                        I want my account to be updated accordinly so that i can continue booking other rides. All the helpline number of OLA are invalid.

                          I had booked my ride on ola on Oct 2nd 2021 at 05:29 am with CRN. No : [protected]. I had paid 138rs to driver via google pay but it's still showing pending.Due to this Iam not able to book any other ride. Kindly check it ASAP.

                            This is the second time this issue is happening with me regarding olacabs. I had given the option to pay online, the app freezed and I paid in cash to driver. But however, when I opened my app next time to book a ride it says last ride payment is due. Complaints were raised and the complaint redressal system is just an automated cycle asking for same details without any details of support mobile/mail. And adding to that this was resolved without my knowledge and I cant raise more issues.

                              It was very disappointing and disatisfying experience from ola where I booked the cab for outstation for up and down after going up car breakdown and driver charged me for up and down we have suffered a lot with our old parents in the middle of the drop and customer care has not at all supportive calling for refund which was promised by ola team till after 12 days nothing has happened issue has to resolve in 3 days but not all doing good after lifting the call simply saying we will do give me time kindly check and do the needful

                                  On[protected] i have booked a ride from Domestic terminal, Ahmedabad to satellite, Ahmedabad for which a CRN[protected] was generated.But the drirver of the ride has not turnup for pickup. Then i booked an auto at about 10.15pm and reached the destination by 11pm.To my surprise the OLA has generated bill for Rs.399/- with out providing the ride. I mmediately i dropped a mail to olacabs requesting for cancellation of the bill.But OLA instead of cancellation of the bill has refunded Rs.250/- stating the "We corrected an error in your bill and credited your refund. and mentioned the start time and end time of the trip which is not fair on their part. In fact i have not asked for refund.Since then onwards i am requesting to cancel the bill and reasons for refund of the amount.The OLA authorities instead of resolving the issue harassing me daily to clear the dues with penalty.I am ready to pay back the refund amount. Request you direct the concerned to rectify the issue and takeback the amount of Rs.250/- which i received as refund

                                    I took an outstation ride from kolkata to krishnanagar . The distance is around 100kms and the estimated time is 3 hours.
                                    Also at the starting estimated bill was around 2200/-

                                    Road was not jam and still driver drove in 30-40kms/hour max speed. Even after many request he has not speedup the cab.
                                    Thus the time took to reach was around 5 hours.

                                    Once the trip finish the automatic bill generation is of 3850/- which shows 153kms and 5 hours.

                                    One the same day 17th September I raise a complaint in ola support. Since then I am followed up many times but every time they say the backend team is working on it please give us 24hours more.

                                    Now I am getting hopeless and really need support from third-party resolved.

                                      We booked ola auto on september 18th 2021, and paid 156 rupees through googlepay. Still its showing payment pending and not able to book other ola rides. I have attached screenshot of googlepay payment.

                                        Dear Team Ola,

                                        In ref. to trip no. CRN [protected], I had taken a trip from Delhi to Ghaziabad on 21st Sept'21, I had paid an amt. of Rs. 568 to the Driver via PAytm (UPI ref. no[protected] .

                                        On 28th Sept'21 I was going to book a trip to Noida but, it was reflecting that the amount was still pending, Hence I had repay that same amount to book my new trip . Again in the next trip no. [protected] on 28th Sept'21 even after paying the amount(Transaction Id- [protected]), it is cufrrently showing that the amoiunt of Rs. 309 is still pending . and for further booking I have repay the amount of Rs. 309.

                                        Kindly refund the payment of Rs. 568 that I have extra or adjust against my upcoming trips. and close the latest trip as paid

                                        This is really a very bad experience for me.
