I travelled from Vashi to Dombivali on 23rd September 2021 for which I paid Ola driver 293 in cash as I could not pay via online/digital payment due to network issues. But on ola app it's still showing 293 payment due. Kindly help.

    I've already paid my last ride(CRN[protected]) bill but on the app it's showing that you amount of 445 is still pending. Due to which I can't book any other ride.
    Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible infact I've Mailed so many times to ola support but the customer compliance are taken as for granted. No step has been taken by the customer complain.
    It my request to solve the issue immediately.

          I booked an ola cab, I paid to driver via phonepe but in OLA they are showing I havn't paid for the ride.
          They do not have any option to raise the query for this kind of action.

            Paid in cash but still showing pending payment

            I paid the driver in cash but it's still showing up on my screen as 'Pensing payment'. Please resolve the issue....

            Amount paid in cash but ola asking to pay in googlepay for last ride. Due tot his iam not able to book new ride as it is asking to clear due but I have already paid in cash to ola driver for last ride you can check with him

                Dear Sir,

                Today on 25.09.2021 i book ride for taking me and my wife to hospital by selecting card payment mode but driver force me to pay by cash or Google by saying that company takes 2to 3 days to pay me so in a good faith i paid by google pay directly to driver number but in app still showing pending payment i try to raised issue i app but i am not found any proper channel so please looking to the matter

                On Date 25.09.2021 I was book ride for taking me and my wife to Hospital by selecting card payment mode on Ola cab application. But at the time of boarding in cab, driver force me to pay in cash or Google pay by saying that company takes 2 to 3 days to pay him, so in a good faith I paid by Google pay directly to driver after completing my ride but in my Ola app account said payment is sowing pending. I try to raised issue in app but I am not found any contact modes to raised the same.

                So please looking to it and resolve the same as early as possible as I am not able to book cab as app asking me to pay dues before hire cab for new trip

                This is for your information and further necessary action required please.

                  I PAID AMOUNT OF 300RS AFTER RIDE COMPLETED BUT PAYMENT SHOWING PENDING FOR FURTHUR BOOKINGS
                  I mailed repetedly to the customer support and tried to contact with voice support also no answer from them...
                  It is very difficulty to take another ride...
                  Look into it and slove this kind of inconvenience immediately to use my account frequently.

                    Hello Customer Support Team,

                    I took a ride from Thanisandra to KR puram railway station.After completing the trip I paid Cash Rs.151 to the auto driver .After sometime(approx 5mins) I have got the SMS that PPayment for the recent trip is pending.I could see the same payment issue in OlaApp as well.
                    As I have already paid in cash for the trip, requesting you to resolve this error and kindly change the status of payment as paid/payment done.

                      I have issues with 2 rides with ola booked recently

                      I booked ola rikshaw ride on 15th September 2021 from Taloja to vashi in mumbai and paid Rs 340 on google pay but app says pending I thought may be google pay didn't go through so I cleared pending due but than my bank statement says that I have paid ola twice

                      2nd time I booked ola on 24th September 2021 for my dad from vashi to borovali Rs599 and he paid cash again I got message from ola saying pending Rs 599

                      can you please resolve this thanks!

                            I booked an Ola cab at 7:51 am in 24.9.21 with fare Rs 106. The driver took longer route and the fare increased to Rs 130. I paid in cash and informed the issue at ola support. I got refund voucher of Rs 24. I paid in cash and reported the higher fare on Ola support. I got a refund voucher of Rs 24 but when l tried booking another cab it is still showing pending payment if Rs 106 and l cannot book a cab unless l pay it again although l have already paid in cash.                                   I have booked an ola ride on[protected] and made payment to driver via G-Pay.
                                  Also Ola has debited my wallet with that same ride amount of Rs.393/-.
                                  Ola was not allowing me to book another ride until I made a payment which was outstanding in my wallet.
                                  Finally I made a payment to ola through G-Pay.
                                  In this way I made double payment for one ride... first to the driver and then to ola company.
                                  Have made several attempt to reach out to customer care but could not able to do it.
                                  Also wrote to their ola support, but no response from them.

                                    On 23rd Sep at 10.19 PM, We have taken a ride through Ola Cab from Rajakilpakkam to East Tambaram Railway statement and CRN [protected]. Pick up and Drop points are precise. In that ride, 3 ladies and one small boy were present inside the cab.

                                    Cab driver understood that no gents are travelling and he started behaving rude and threatening the ladies. Eventhough, the drop location is very precise Ola cab Driver started threating that what was the cost shown while booking the cab otherwise I drop you in the main road itself and leave. We have politely informed the Ola Cab driver so many times that we are ready to pay whatever the cost is showing at the end of the trip if the cost is higher than the initial fee. But still the Ola Cab driver keep on threatening and started shouting, behaved such a way make us very uncomfortable and unsafe.

                                    I have reported a complaint by explaining the pathetic experience and the Unprofessional behavior of Ola Cab driver to the Ola Support team and also I asked me to inform me about what was the action taken against the Unprofessional Ola cab driver. Ola Support team has informed that there is no option available to let the passenger who has suffered which I feel, it is just a name shake they are filing the complaints for internal purpose.

                                    I urge, there should be a strict action should be taken against the rude Ola cab driver to avoid such instance repeated in future for other customer. Ola Cab should put a strong action point to ensure the safety of the customer.

                                      Me and my friends was going to mall at beta 2, greater noida. I forgot to take my grey colour bag, which contains all my important document and expensive things. When I informed driver regarding same he said he haven’t seen my bag in cab. I filled FIR, police asked driver to come at police station, he said he will come but he haven’t. I also raised complaint on ola but no proper resolution given. I booked another ola asked to meet him he started giving excuses and started lying.
