I had made payments for my ola rides via Google pay and my bank account got debited too but Ola shows those payments as still pending and I am unable to book further rides until the payment is done for which I have already paid! Please help...

On September 16, at 1:50 pm, I booked an ola auto and after reaching to my destination I paid 157 rupees to my driver in cash and left, but still the app shows amount due . I rang up the driver and even mailed to the support ola cabs regarding this issue. But there is no response . Please resolve this issue ASAP 🙏

Today I booked ola from Parel to Dahisar. It showed rs.436 payment. Driver insisted he wanted cash so I have him cash. But after paying cash ..the payment status is showing pending and that driver is nit picking up my calls. Ola should take some actions agaist such fraud drivers....

First of all I hearing the voice and said multiples times " hello" from my end. But customer agent have disconnected on the last call.

2nd thing I have been keep following with regards to the outstanding amount showing in my account. Eventually' it had been paid from my end and statement copy shared as well. Then informed me within 72 hours the case will get resolved but it has merged with another customer issues

I booked a cab from sri krishna Institute of technology on friday, September 17th at 11:30p.m.
On reaching the destination the bill amount showed Rs.119 which was paid through phone pe to the drivers number directly, as there were some issues paying it through the app.
Now, when I am trying to book another ride through the app, it is showing payment due.
Kindly, look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible!...

Hi, this is Baby. I have booked an ride from Rachna beauty studio to Vilangudi on 17sep21.
I have been charged with 312.
I have paid the cash to driver.
But in my ola account, payment for that ride is still pending...

I have paid Rs. 235 in cash for my ride but app still showing amount pending and also getting messages for cleaning due from Ola. Resolve the issue as it can bother next ride....

Hi I had ride on sep 18, 2021
(CRN[protected]). I have paid the ride amount to driver but in the app still it's showing due is pending.
my question is without paying the amount how could have I ended my trip?
OLA has to look into this issue, I have read so many same complaints...

I have already paid my fare to driver for my cab ride on 18th September. The app is still showing it as unpaid....

I had booked ola outstation on 22nd August 2021. The app was not working properly that day and was not showing updates of my ride. The fare shown was ₹2764 but after reaching destination it shared ₹4739

The drop address shown in invoice was different than the actual drop location. The kms actual were 140km and shown were 282km.

Since it was cash payment I did not held up the driver and paid total amount....

I had taken an OLA auto ride today that is on 20/09/2021, the driver asked me to pay the fare in cash, and I paid 190 rupees in cash to him, but later when I opened the OLA app I noticed that the "payment is due". I thought this has happened only to me until I visited this site, but looks like there are few others with the same issue. I also noticed that customer satisfaction is only 2%....

Hi,

I have opted for ola, cab on 19th September. Driver asked me to pay directly to him, so i paid 196 Rs of fair through phone pay . After couple of minutes i checked that in ola app, it is showing that 196 Rs is pending . Due to this i am not able to book another cab. Can you please check with driver and remove peding status from app.

I have paid the driver on his personal account through Paytm but the app shows pending amount. Please look into the matter...

I had done a payment of rs 713 on 16th september 2021 to Mr Santhosh BC the driver. It was done through google pay to a upi code the driver showed me as payment through the app was not working. Till today even after 3 days it says payment pending/ due on the app . Kindly resolve this issue please .
