Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — billing by ola without ride | |
On 30th June 11:58 pm I booked ride with OLA from New Delhi railway Station for Airport. CRN - [protected] Driver Name- Tripit Jha, Driver immediately stopped the Ride without driving and I was charged rs 130 from my Ola money wallet. Bill details shows - 0 km and total bill 130 Rs. Trip started at 11:59 and stopped at 11:59 Since Ola app does not have any contact number on which customer can call, I could not do anything. I tried to file the complaint on Ola app but it did not worked. Today I could get the OLA customer support number from internet[protected] and talked to them, but they said I should have contacted them within hour now thre can not do anything. They have checked with driver and driver don't remember. They said that since they can not trust/verify my complaint is true they won't refund my money. Bill clearly shows that they have charged 130 for 0 km, and Trip started at 11:59 and stopped at 11:59, what is there to verify. Its a clear case of cheating by driver. Ola should deduct the amount from the driver and should refund. Was this information helpful? | |
