[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Charged without taking ride | |||||
Hi Team, I booked a cab on 13-april-2017 from old khardai mundwa road to swargate puneI, the driver demanded extra Rs. 100 in cash for luggage, after sitting in car, I asked him to cancel the ride, but he denied and left me in middle of the road, and from my ola money account Rs.132 was deducted without completing the ride, Apart from that, he snacthed my phone and booked ola offline, which costs me Rs. 3 again. I have raised this issue to ola support, they Say that according to driver " I requested the driver to stop the car as my friend is coming to pick me." hence they are unable to validate my complaints nor refund my money. Please look into the issue, as i have proof this driver, snatched my phone and booked another cab ola offline, plus i didn't see any option of ending the ride on ola app. Please i request you to take strict action against the driver, and ola services.
