I booked a cab on 30th June Saturday on 6.07am from borivali railway station to chandivali powai road, I speak to driver on phone he told me that he will pick me up but i was waiting for 20 min but the driver didn, t came for pickup after that i was calling the driver so many times but he didn, t pick my call and after that he suddenly cancelled the trip and charges me 75 rs, but If we cancels the trip- we are charged with penalty but the drivers as cancelled the trip and he charged me driver name -satan singh driver mobile number-[protected] CRN NO- [protected] CAR -PRIME PLAY - WHITE ETIOS Was this information helpful? | |||

Driver was rude, aggressive and abusive. I asked him to stop the car, but he didn't. It was dangerous. I had no choice but to sit quietly. I thought, may be I am kidnapped. But he dropped me forcibly at the gate of my location. Very weird behavior.

Driver name is Laxman Kashirsagar and drives a Wagon R. He also asked whether I have booked Ola or Uber. This means he uses both, which may not be in the spirit of law.

Have booked ola share today.Booking no-Sahre-OSN [protected].Have contacted driver 4-5 times and haven't respond properly and finally after 15 minute ride is cancelled by driver.please take proper action so that in future he will not repeat same.All have to reach their destination on time.
