I booked a car in ola mini he took the booking before dropping the customer on contacting he said he will come after dropping. After 10 min he said the customer dont know where to go so will be late. Then he came some how after 25 min and said he cant go because hus tyre is puncture which was not visible physically. He said he will cancel it though i had the risk of missing the train. Later on ola is charging 50 rs for the fault of the driver and ola administration. Was this information helpful? |
