[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — driver took long route and toll gate charges | |||
Dear madam/sir, Today oct 28 th at 3.30 pm i took ola cab from majestic railway station, bangalore to my home celebrity paradise layout, doddathogur, electronic city phase 1. He said only one route is showing in app. He took me on nice road long route instead of taking in normal route i got afraid (I only the lady and with my two kids travelled) and also he asked me to pay the toll gate charges rs.135. After that finally end of trip i paid 799 with ola money. After reached home. I gave complaint in ola support and i got refunded amount rs.454. But unnesserily i paid toll charges rs.135 please refund that amount asap. And take action on that. Two weeks back also i faced same problem and gave complaint. Again and again same problem. Nowadays i feeling not safety in traveling in ola cab. Please take necessary action and refund my amount toll charges rs.135. Please see the attached bills and driver details. Thanks for the money refunded.Two trips of complaint i gave about driver charged more and long route, toll charges.For two complaints they gave quick response and reply and refunded my all money.Thanks for the ola support.
