Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Harassment By OLA Drivers and OLA

I have been a regular OLA customer for the last 4 years. However recently I am facing huge issues, harassment, and problems with OLA service only in Delhi/NCR region especially at Delhi Airport which I am listing down them below including the one which happened today at around 5:40 AM for my drop by OLA driver which I have booked for my drop from Delhi Airport Terminal 2

1. Delhi (IGI) Airport Terminal 2 - I have booked a car at around 4:40 AM using OLA app for my home drop. The car which arrived wagaonr, driver was looking a little drunk and the car was pathetic and unhygienic with dust all over the car. Driver was not wearing a face mask. However I decided to board the car as it was early timing and as soon as I entered the car the driver asked is your flight came now which I told no then he started asking more questions which I was of course not interested in talking like- when is your flight arrived, when was the last flight which came, what were you doing three hours inside the airport, are there other passengers, etc. As I told him that I was inside the airport for charging my mobile then the next question immediately arrived was for how long were you charging???? I told him 3 hours and he started laughing and joking and suggesting I buy a "Stylish Power Bank which comes in all shapes"---???? OK we were driving now and I asked him about the rain/drizzle which occured today. However, I stopped replying to him much as I was busy looking into my mobile. Then the driver switched on "Local Language Song" in the speaker and started listening meanwhile also talking with somebody on headphones. He increased the volume of the songs too high so I asked him to reduce the volume and later after few minutes he switched the song to his headphone putting off the speaker(At last I dont have to listen), however in few seconds he started singing also in "Local Language Song"-- ('...')". I told him nothing as I was busy looking into my mobile. Also when I entered his car at the airport he immediately asked me to show my mobile ("I WANTED TO SEE SOMETHING") and also asked me where you want to go for which I said and I showed him my mobile and told the otp. I saw that he was about to gatecrash the exit at the airport as he was more interested in putting his favourite song on youtube in the mobile, however he managed gatecrash somehow and we escaped. Later after 20 kms of distance I observed he is driving rather rashely although not speed but hard pressed breaks changing course/turning rashly et to which I politely with a "SMILE" asked him to not drive like that on which he replied that "Have we ever increased our speed beyond 40 kms" . I said no but you are driving/turning/ applying breaks rashly even do not seeing my destination on the app and asking where to go. Then he made the next few minutes of my drive with him smoothly and asked for my thoughts on it "Yeh theek hai", I still being polite said "OK".

Still fine till here, however as soon as were about to reach my home he asked "Can you do me a small help", I asked what help he said as I am paying by PAYTM wallet he wants me to give all his cash he has in his pocket and asked me to transfer the money to his PAYTM wallet while he was driving and started looking back to which objected and said that after we stop we will talk. I showed him my PAYTM wallet amount then somehow managed to save from his special request and transfer Rs. 787 as per OLA App trip end amount. As soon as I paid the amount he asked me to show my mobile OLA App, which on further query to him, he told me that some another user has given him "BAD RATING" mentioning about his car unhygienic conditions and he is not allowed by OLA to do outstation trip. So for starting his outstation trip he needs to put himself by his finger on my mobile a "GOOD RATING". Which I immediately denied and informed him about his car unhygienic, filthy and dirty conditions. However as soon as I said that he started abusing in 'Local Language STYLE' and then later came out of the car and started threatening me and abusing me in front of the security guards at my residential property. My other neighbour also arrived and he tried pacifying him, however my neighbour asked me to Dial Police 112 as he was drunk and misbehaving shouting at 5:40 AM in front of the building.

So I faced a threat from him with a lot of abuse and the worst OLA drive I have ever taken in the last 4 years. This has all made a day at 4 AM, So I raised a complaint with OLA Support/Safety Team which was very slow however, I was told that my incident has been reported and action will be taken with me being posted about the same. -- Please update me on this Also refund my money---- money for what listen to abuses and threats from such hooligans are they coming cheap to OLA...???????

2.Second incident on 27/11/2020 around 2:40 AM again for a drop from Delhi Airport T2 --- This time after I made the booking again using OLA App which I will not use from now onwards- driver called me after receiving my booking and asked my where I want to go to which I replied, he was reluctant to come and then he said that he will drop me only till Delhi-Noida Tollgate as there is police Block at the Delhi-Noida Tollgate, believing his fancies stories I asked him about the payment which I made up to my home, so he said that I should change my destination to Delhi-Noida Tollgate so that I will save money and will be able to walk/cross the tollgate myself and take another cab from there. I also asked him if there is no blockage at Delhi-Noida Tollgate I will not change my destination. However, he somehow made me change my destination and dropped me to Delhi-Noida Tollgate. There he refused carrying my forward and asked me to book another cab which I did after crossing Delhi Noida border with my luggage. Are there "FRAUDSTERS IN DELHI" and is OLA NOT AWARE OF THEM TILL YET?????????

3. Third Incident happened on 07/01/2021 for a drop from a Metro Station in Noida - This time as the driver received the booking he called and asked me where to go and then told me that he will drop me but I have to cancel the booking from OLA SO THAT HE CAN SAVE HIS CHARGE FROM OLA, which I denied and then he said that he will not come and did not even cancel the booking and then I have to cancel the booking.

OLA DO YOU MONITOR WHAT YOUR DRIVERS ARE DOING?, WHO ARE THEY?, ARE THEY HOOLIGANS?

CAN YOU UPDATE ME ON ABOVE INCIDENT THAT I LOGGED TODAY??? PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY
