[Resolved]  Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — I paid to driver through Google Pay after the ride yet the Ola app is showing pending payment in the app and trying to charge me.

I paid to the driver through Google pay after the ride taken on 13th August at 10.57 am. As drivers do not get money paid by Ola immediately, they ask passengers to pay cash after the ride or pay to their GooglePay account instead of paying online. Now Ola app support does not have any option to complaint about double charge. Please sort this out for me. They are useless.

They are refusing to refund me after contacting their support. They are saying we do not recognize the number in the screenshot. They want me to pay extra. They are theives. Not even considering to investigate with the driver

The driver insisted me to pay in cash and I didn't do the payment online so now it's showing I have to pay online for ola ride the same amount which I paid cash. I can't contact any customer care or complaint properly it's just waste now I have to double pay the amount
Yes the same thing happened to me today. I paid using GPay but its showing the payment is pending. I tried contacting the driver later, his phone is switched off and I can't get my hold to the customer care also. Really these Ola drivers and the Ola app are cheaters.

I took ola auto ride on 9th Oct at 7:30pm. The same thing has happened to me as well. I paid the fare in gpay to the driver and now it's showing pending status. Kindly resolve the issue

I paid online using gpay still driver requested me to pay in cash too and I had to pay him twice and now when I complained to ola support they are not responding properly. I need refund of money paid online.

The same situation happened with me today (20th June, 10:42am). I already paid the money via Gpay but still then auto driver was not updated and was asking cash for payment. I paid him cash but since there is glitch in your system please refund my asap.
