Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Money collected twice | |||||
Yesterday I had booked taxi for my friend from Devinagar bengaluru to Mysore Road KSRTC Bus Terminal vide CRN[protected]. OTP was 4551. After reaching the destination, the driver Ravi P had collected cash Rs. 254 as well as deducted from Ola wallet an amount of 254. In this way he had cheated me. Kindly take action against such bluff masters before I escalate this to consumer court. I really shocked after seeing this incident.How safe our ola wallet is?. There is no such security while deducting money. either no OTP or email alerts on money deduction. How one could trust Ola money?. Let me know what action you are going to take against this cheater.
