Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Not send cab to Pick up. | |||||
I book cab 7th September (CRN[protected] for my dormitory to Railway station ( I have done advanced booking 2 days before on 05th September). On 7th September I am waiting with my Pregnant wife for Ola cab. But i got the the message from OLA (Sorry! we could not find a cab at your location for your pick up time ). I was only 1 hour for train and more than 45 minutes journey when i got the message. I was very tough time for me. Then i request a private car to reach us to they station and he (watching to my wife condition) drop us to the station. My question is is this the the service of OLA? Please take action on local official immediately and reply me what action is taken. other wise I am going to complain in Ministry of Transport. Was this information helpful? | |||||
