We booked an ola cab on the 14th of july for the 15th of july from wagle estate, thane to juhu airport, vile parle. The cab driver asked for the otp no. Which i had apparently missed and called the customer care and received it at the moment. However he did not enter the otp no. But ran his meter. The fare which we had received by mail was rs. 401 but he charged us rs 1080. The registered email id with ola is [protected]@gmail.com and phone no. Is [protected]. Please look into the matter.
