Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — ola money payment issue | |||||
This is with reference to Ola Cab booking under CRN [protected] dated 22/01/2018. I had booked an Ola Cab (No. KA03-4201) from my Ola Money account for travel to airport. The driver, Mr. Srinivas Murthy, refused to honour the cab service from Ola Money account stating that he gets cash paid much later from Ola Money and that I should pay him cash. Despite several round of arguments, I could not convince him to carry on. Since I was getting late for Airport, I boarded the taxi and paid an amount of Rs.1000/- (bill was Rs.997) in cash for the travel. I immediately rated this travel as one star (*) and complained about this to Ola. Still my Ola Money balance was deducted. I request Ola Cabs to refund this money and set their Ola money system in order. The driver assured that he will acknowledge cash payment and that money will be refunded to me. Seeing this behaviour, I hindered engaging Ola at Delhi and on my return trip (I used pre-paid taxi at airport).May be Ola should provide an option of payment at the time of journey completion - cash/ card/ PayTM/ Ola Money and not at the time of booking.
