When we are trying to book a cab nearby eg : 2min far, after booking it is showing 9 min time to reach our location, when i tried to call driver he is too far to our location and it will take more than 9 min. We are too frustrated today very bad experience with ola app.

Why it not booking nearby cabs when we are trying to book, if the cab is too far it should show like exact time before booking but after booking it is showing too much time to reach and they themself cancelling the cab and we have to pay cancellation charges.

Why we should pay for your mistake?

I tried to book a cab from KR Puram to Kormangala 1st main but not even a single cab was available. I would like to raise a complain against it, the movement becomes very difficult since we rely on the cab facility. It will be of great help if this problem can be resolved.
