Osn:[protected].. Driver name : bheemaiah k.. Cab#: ts 11 ub 0578.. I booked ola share on may 18, 2017 at 2 : 58 pm, and i called the cab driver asking him to provide eta for pick-up, he was initially hesitant to come when he asked for the drop location which was gachibowli. Later, when he arrived at my location he dint even bother to inform, but still since i had to report to work at 4 pm i managed to co-ordinate with him and finally board the cab. As soon as i got into the cab, he started a heated conversation stating that he dint have his lunch. I only asked him one question : "is it my problem"? And he was so pissed off, he dragged me to a heated conversation and stopped the cab middle of no where. When i called customer service, they asked me not to get down the cab.. But driver made me get down and was not ready to listen to their own customer service team, which shows what kind of people these guys are hiring, just to make money. Later when i asked them for a refund, they denied stating that, i need to pay completely for the trip that was stopped abruptly and then later on they will refund. I was shocked to listen to the way ola customer service reps reacted to this critical situation. They were like, please get down the cab and book another cab. Seriously, i felt sick for using such a pathetic cab service and annoying cab drivers who are not ready to serve customers which is their prime duty. The driver first made me get down and then dragged me to a heated conversation and then started recording my voice. I would really suggest not to use this service because, these guys are hiring 3rd class drivers who don't even know how to respect their customers.
