When we are trying to book a cab nearby eg : 2min far, after booking it is showing 9 min time to reach our location, when i tried to call driver he is too far to our location and it will take more than 9 min. We are too frustrated today very bad experience with ola app.

Why it not booking nearby cabs when we are trying to book, if the cab is too far it should show like exact time before booking but after booking it is showing...

Sir I am booking ola cab on 20/05/2017 at my location near Madannapet, Hyderabad for advance booking before 3 hours journey time 17.45pm just 5 minutes before given a message then I will call to cab driver he told me I am airport parking sir how I will reach u then I am also trying next booking he also told me I am in LB Nagar how i am reaching ur place really I am very upset for ur service

    When Ola boasts of its flat ₹29 auto fares upto 4km, it cheats by charging ₹49 for rides that are well within the 4km bar. I have been wrongfully charged extra money for Ola auto rides that are shorter than 4km. This is sheer fraud. They do not even have a proper portal with an appropriate category to raise concerns such as this. Kindly take action.

      Team,

      I have recently took a outstation cab using ola app. The calculated distance is not correct. I have asked to re-assess the distance from their back end data. But they are denied to provide information and re-assess.

      I do have a good respect with ola, but based on this incident.. I was little worried to recommend and use the ola. Either the ani technology is cheating or ola management is not having a control enough on their partners.

      Please be cautious in using the ola.

      I have taken a share and the next pick up has not called the driver but the driver waited for him for 15 min...I called to ola helpline which again took next 10 min...Later he started shouting and arguing as to why I had raised a complain against him...

        In the name of share pass olacabs are promoting no peak time charges as their marketing funda but when the customer is actually booking a cab it js clearly showing peak time charges are applicable. They are cheating customers by selling share pass and also after we cancel the sharepass they are crediting the money back to their digital wallet but not the bank account

          I booked their auto service for the first time and had a terrible experience.

          I had to wait for 50mins. for the auto to arrive and when it did I had to pay exorbitant fare. This is my daily route & I always pay minimum fare of 20Rs. I thought of booking Ola cab since its difficult to get auto easily for short distance. They have mentioned on app that for first 4 kms they charge 29 Rs., I ended up paying 49Rs. for travelling just 1.5 kms. They added something called access fees of 20rs without my knowledge. So basically these guys are cheating you, when I complained all they said was they can't do anything to help.

          Please DO NOT USE their Auto service.
          Their call centre agents are use less.

          PLEASE USE UBER instead of these cheats.

            I had already registered a complaint on http://consumerhelpline.gov.in/ on 3rd May 2017, but Ola have closed it without my consent and I have been informed to register my complaint on consumer forum. The details of my Complaint No. - 255260 is provided below:

            I had pre-booked ola cab on 30th Apr 2017 @ 4:30 PM for a morning pick up at 3:45 AM on 1st May 2017 from my residence Amrapali Princley Estate, Sector-76 Noida to New Delhi Airport Terminal -1D. My Booking was accepted & a CRN No.[protected] was communicated. However in the morning the updates of driver and cab “Rajender R and DL1RTB 9143 was communicated on the ola app but there was no response from the driver in spite of repeated calls made by me. Further, as there was no communication from the driver till 4:15 AM so I cancelled the earlier booking and made a new booking. This process wasted a lot of time and eventually a new ola cab arrived at 4:24 AM. The delay due to all the above resulted in me reaching the airport at the last moment and eventually missing my flight and the new booking for a flight from Delhi to Bangalore costed me 23, 292 INR. This is highly unethical and unexpected behavior from OLA which has resulted in both physical & mental harassment and financial loss.

            Complaint No. - 255260 is not amicably settled. Ola has themselves closed it without my consent and I am not at all satisfied by their response. How can Ola themselves close this complaint? I won't be satisfied till I am compensated of the entire amount by Ola.

              I used Ola for my father and after reaching the destination driver took the cash as well as deducted from my Ola money. When I raised the complaint to OLA they are in turn sending me an regret email and stating that refund cannot be initiated since the driver is denying he took money.Is it that a customer who has been using this service since long will be laying regarding this? And if always driver is to be believed then why the option provided to customers to flag the same.

              Below is the reply I get from OLA.

                I booked an auto.. with driver.s name Rajanna and auto no. CRN[protected] from indranagar metro station Bangalore to sr layout murugeshpalya at 8:10 a.m on 21 may 2017. In my phone drop location, charges were showing correctly in boarding and throughout the ride. I was shocked when driver stopped to clarify the route and he told me that the location was koramangla, far away from my drop point.when I enquired the details of drop location and charges on his phone were not matching with details on my ola app, with correct otp and my login name on his phone. I was charged 110 rs and droped far away from my drop location.to go back to my location I had to pay 115 again. I missed an important training I had to attend at 9:00 am and also paid 5 times the money. I went to ola office at wind tunnel road and complained but they have taken no actions which they promised yet.please look into the matter I am very upset about the service.

                  There's a cab driver call girish lal driving white swift dezire wb050461 and his crn no.[protected]. His contact no. Is [protected]. He has let me pay rs. 100 extra at kolkata airport toll qnd i did what he has said thinking that he will deduct the amount from the total at the destination but he didn't, instead while on way he fooled me by suggesting some other destination and let me changed my destination from ballygunge to shakespeare's sarani and drop me there with the total charges of same amount rs. 440 shown initially during the booking to ballygunge. I was fooled because it's my first time in a life at kolkata today morning. I hope you will considered my request and take action. My otp was 8372

                    I have booked Ola out station on 19 may 2017 at 11:15 AM with CRN No[protected]. When I booked then amount showing 3700 for this trip but when I stop my trip then bill showing 5986. I call to ola support but they denied for any type of support. Total distance 310 and total timing 32 hours ola cab used. I am unable to understand this calculation done by ola. i am totally disappointed with such type of bill calculation method.

                      I am riding 4 km on ola micro on Sunday night 21may2017 @7:56 PM on start driver told me that base fare 35 additional km will get ₹9 per km but he collected me ₹ 160 at drop when I ask why he simply peak hour charges added why you did not tell me when ride start he simply says that's my duty
                      This is pure consumer exploiting cheating and fraud unless I get a refund will produce the bill in consumer forum

                        On 20th may, at 12pm, from the bangalore airport, i booked an ola cab. I got a confirmation, and as i came out to the ola zone, and the driver was near, he asked me if i was paying using cash or ola money. I confirmed ola money. He wanted me to book another cab since he did not have cash and wanted to fill fuel as well. Given that i find it difficult to get 3g signals outside the airport (Since i have had this experience multiple times before), i told him i would pay cash.

                        I paid him rs. 500 initially for him to fill in diesel at the fuel station just past the toll booth. Once he reached my destination, i paid him the remaining bill amount of rs. 142 (The bill amount was rs. 642) and the additional toll charge of rs. 125. The amount of rs. 642 was also debited from ola money since this is automatic.

                        I sent a request to ola support providing all the details. They came back after 24 hours indicating that their "driver-partner" denied taking cash and therefore cannot refund me for the debited amount from ola money. They put the driver on conference and he denied and he was clearly lying.

                        Ola indicates thats their process - as they cannot refund if the driver-partner denies receiving case. So its essentially the customer's word versus the driver's word and ola seems to have a process that provides benefit of doubt to the driver at the cost of the customer.

                          I'm a new customer. I'd just ola apps on 13/4/17 to ride from bhubaneswar suraj guest house to puri.
                          I'm a new in this apps. And there was little idea about all function / procedure.
                          After booking on 13 Apr 2017 at bhubaneswar one intimation found regarding ola money. I'd deposited ta 3000/- in old cash.
                          On the other hand the driver phoned me and ask my location and requested over phone for cash payments.
                          I was agree with that.
                          After reaching puri he ask the code and I told him, and found discount given . So I paid Ta 900/- as ta 500/-was given during pouring of prtrol/diesel to his vehicle.
                          Some amount of xtra money as stated was given considering his behavior.

                          LATER I DIDN'T CHECK THE OLA MONEY. AND MY PHONE WAS DAMAGED AT SEA.

                          I HAVE NOW INSTALLED THE APPLICATION YESTERDAY AND TODAY MORNING WHEN I CHECKING UP THE OLA BALANCE FOUND RS 1356/- was diducted from my old wallet.

                          Though it is too late but you are requested to personally look into the matter for return of my double payment.

                            My freind booked OLA pool for me to New Ashok Nagar metro station (where I live near by) from sec 29. But the Navigation took the Co-ordination of New Ashok nagar metro which is around 30KMs away from the actual destination..

                            So What happened is at 11:20PM OLA Pool dropped me at the 1st location(New Ashok nagar metro) in the middle of the night with no where to go (which is around 30KM away from New Ashok Nagar Metro station ) and it was unsafe condition for me. Some how I booked Uber and came to New Ashok Nagar Metro Station.

                            The most wonderful statement from the Ola Customer care Supervisor without understanding the concern he said the navigation is working perfect and you have to be drop here, Please take a call and de-board here, Without even knowing that my destination exists 30KM from the current location.
                            Dear team.Car no. HR55AA 6383 maine ring road honda service pe de thi..jisme car ke break shoes & left side mirror padna tha par last 2days se car ke liye apporove nhi kiya ja raha hai kal koi bada accident hota hai to company resposible hogi.
                            So kindly take a serious Complaint.

                              The charges required from citi mall andheri to citi centre goregaon from the normal auto is max to max :- 60 rs inr with average traffic. And the ola provided the 29 rs 1st 4 km.

                              Today i book the ola auto from citi mall andheri to citi centre goragon and it is max to max 4 km via sv road. But ola give the bill of 84 rs inr.

I booked ola share on may 18, 2017 at 2 : 58 pm, and i called the cab driver asking him to provide eta for pick-up, he was initially hesitant to come when he asked for the drop location which was gachibowli. Later, when he arrived at my location he dint even bother to inform, but still since i had to report to work at 4 pm i managed to co-ordinate with him and finally board the cab. As soon as i got into the cab, he started a heated conversation stating that he dint have his lunch. I only asked him one question : "is it my problem"? And he was so pissed off, he dragged me to a heated conversation and stopped the cab middle of no where. When i called customer service, they asked me not to get down the cab.. But driver made me get down and was not ready to listen to their own customer service team, which shows what kind of people these guys are hiring, just to make money. Later when i asked them for a refund, they denied stating that, i need to pay completely for the trip that was stopped abruptly and then later on they will refund. I was shocked to listen to the way ola customer service reps reacted to this critical situation. They were like, please get down the cab and book another cab. Seriously, i felt sick for using such a pathetic cab service and annoying cab drivers who are not ready to serve customers which is their prime duty. The driver first made me get down and then dragged me to a heated conversation and then started recording my voice. I would really suggest not to use this service because, these guys are hiring 3rd class drivers who don't even know how to respect their customers.

                                  Today morning I booked an ola cab from Sharda University to IGAI, Delhi. The drive was scheduled at 5:30am, driver details are Mahesh Kumar
                                  Car number: HR55Y4112. Beat
                                  I left my phone at the desk board, and afterwards when I contacted the driver he said the next passenger took the phone. I said you must have the details of the passenger that took the phone through booking and he said the passenger hadn't booked they just sat. Which BTW is sheer lie. Kindly look into the matter and return me my belongings.

I told u I lost my phone and some one has made booking using it and u guys are least bothered to handle it! Now u will tell me we were looking from the back end team! I work in a customer service sector and I kno how important it is! I will no longer use ur worst OLA Service anymore and make sure I spread this all I kno and in social media!                                     The above was the scene! I was never hear about who boarded the cab since i never made the booking and it was made using my lost phone! For the service i used i never expected this kind of worst service!! I called multiple times and no one helped me and now if i call i get a reply as you number has been blocked!
                                    By trip id is crn[protected] in which base fare for my previous booking comes around Rs.40b for base fare, but in this trip they have claimed Rs.129 as base fare even it is shown as Rs.40 as base fare which not acceptable this much hike in base fare

                                      Ride was booked ride later pick up at 7.45 pm. Ride was cancelled by you with out informing. This is very unprofessional act. Putting us into lot of stress at the last moment. This is just not acceptable. Second time it has happened.very poor device by Ola. Courtesy demands at least you inform the customer your inability to provide service so that customer can make alternate arrangements.
