On 2nd December 2021, I booked an Ola Auto Ride, which was an online payment ride via my linked Amazon pay account. My relatives were travelling in this ride.
After the ride got finished, driver refused online payment and demanded cash and said I don't have any account in Ola. On trying to reach Ola Support I could not connect. Then I had to forcefully pay the entire amount to driver via UPI(phonepe screenshot attached).
Since then I have been connecting with Ola Support twice/thrice a day, and all executives say "Sorry there is a technical issue in this ride, please call after sometime". And I have emailed Ola support, raised a ticket also, but there has been no response at all on that. Getting resolution or refund is far fetched, they haven't even sent a single formal email telling about the issue or a consolidation email.
