Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Paid for ride but still showing payment pending | |
I paid for ride through phonepe and my bank account has debited for it but it's still showing pending rides. From then since I stopped using Ola app and again I don't want to use because the drivers are cheating payments but I wanted to clear such dues. Please make it clear soon. I have paid the amount through Google pay for the ride I have taken but it's still showing payment pending

Did your issue get resolved?? Can you please help me because I have the same problem.
I paid the driver through phonepe but it still shows payment is pending on ola app so please resplve this asap!

I have paid using cash to ola but still showing payment pending. My registered number is [protected]. Kindly check with driver the ride was on 27th september. Details attached. Kindly help with this issue ola.
The app glitched and didn't let me make an online payment through it's portal. Paid to the driver via gpay. My services have been stopped. Please coordinate with the driver and resolve the issue.
Even after paying for last ride still showing payment due and not able to book auto again same issue even my husband is facing please resolve the problem soon

Go here and under customer support, click on link "click here" . Fill details and choose issue not related to ride and then choose issue related to app. Write your complaint here and submit.
For me the response came immediately on Ola app and they waived off charges. Issue was resolved.

However it would have been more better if app was more flexible with respect to payment, queries and complaints, and also if there was customer care to talk to.
