Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Paid in cash to the driver but the app says pending payment | |
I had booked an ola auto on 29th September at 11:32 AM from my home to Bangalore Railway Station back gate. I was not able to pay for the ride via google pay so I paid via cash. But the app still says that I have an outstanding payment due. I sent customer support an email regarding this but got no response. Today, my ola service got blocked.
