I paid to the driver through Google pay after the ride taken on 14 July 2022.
As drivers did not get money paid by Ola immediately, he asked me to pay money via google pay which i had to pay later the same amount got deducted from ola money and now ola is demanding me to pay the amount.
Raised a support ticket to not charge me for the ride twice submitted all required screenshots but there is no resolution. Please let me know where should i raise a complaint now so that this is sorted?
