I have been debited under 2 different UPI for the same ride and once well above the fare.

the app first claimed a payment from Phonepe for Rs. 902 against the actual fare of Rs. 581

At the end of the ride it demanded a payment again saying the payment failed and claimed it from Amazon pay.

My repeated attempts to call OLA Customer care is futile.

    Please refer to Support Request Ticket n.[protected]. On 13 July I received a message from Ola Support saying I would receive a refund of Rs1459 through NEFT within 10 working days, and ticket was marked as Resolved. My account has not been credited with these funds. Kindly revert ASAP!

      After several days of dispute, and contacting the bank as well as Paytm, it was clearly recognised as an error from Ola app. OLA company accepted this and promised me a refund. But the confusion starts again.

      Here are the details of the whole scenario:

      06/05/2022. 10:18am-
      The app failed to generate a booking id and CRN after booking the self drive. Please find the attached screenshot where the payment has been successful from the bank. OLA HAS ALREADY ACCEPTED THAT THE ERROR IS FROM ITS SIDE AND NOT BANK SIDE. I have an email from Ola to prove this.

      06/07/2022: I received an email from Ola team (Ameer Khan B1) saying the refund was initiated. But I did not receive the refund.

      2 weeks back:
      I received an email again from Ola team once again apologizing for the inconvenience. They also told me to raise a charge back request and they would accept it and the money will be refunded (screenshot attached).

      26/07/2022:
      ARVIND KUMAR V from Ola cabs sent an email stating the error is from bank side. The error is not from bank side. I have the evidence to prove it. Why is the refund being refused now?

        I took the ola cab ride on 21 st May 2022 after completion of my ride I have done payment through UPI payment method using Ola app itself. 715 Rs amount was deducted but driver said amount not reflecting in app due to some issue. So he asked me to pay by cash which I did . Ola app also showing the correct payment method as cash.

        After that I have raised multiple support tickets for refund of online payment as amount was deducted. I have provided bank transaction details to ola multiple times but they did not resolve my ticket. Many times support executive resolved my ticket directly without processing the refund or without informing . I tried to follow up on calls multiple times but call was disconnected many times from ola end and never called back.

        Its very frustating after raising 10 + tickets refund still not processed .

        Below is the CRN no of my ride when the incident happened.

        I am attaching here with screenshot of multiple support tickets where ticket was resolved after they commited to process refund .
        Also attaching screenshot to show payment mode and ride details.

        Its been 67 days my ticket is not resolved and still they are asking me to verify my bank statement rather than sharing there reference number for refund processing . Very terrible service I feel cheated

        Very very pathetic support service by OLA .
        After written commitment also OLA not refunding online paid amount after 70 + days.

        After several tickets and follow-ups Ola not resolving the complaint at all. Without any verbal communication they are repeating same responses without reading the issue and directly resolving tickets. I was double charged through online payment and cash which clearly shown in ola app ( attaching screenshot again from ola app where driver marked payment mode as cash) . After sharing all online bank transaction details with Ola they are repeatedly replying amount paid to driver cannot be refunded. However my issue is payment done to ola cabs pvt ltd through online mode .

        I feel cheated its not about money but their service to frustrate customer by disconnecting and avoiding calls and resolving ticket without verbally communication customer with invalid responses.

          But still it is showing 517 Rs due in Ola Money Postpaid app, we have raised the complaint to Ola support on June 20th and the reference ticket number is[protected]. but this issue is not solved till today 26th July.

          daily we are getting calls and message as well as interest rate for due amount by Ola Money team.

          we did many complaints and emails but no proper response from OLA. they can't able to get old data from their system. it is purely Scam from Ola Money. They are well trained and cheating people like us.iiji

            I had taken ride on 4th May 2022 from Kalyan Station to Khopoli CRN [protected] for I had been charged Rs 4258 for 250 Kms where as the actual distance is 100Km . I had asked driver this is wrong but driver said you have to pay invoice amount and you raise complaint to customer care for refund of excess fare . I am struggling to get back money from last 3 months . no proper response from support team . I am regularly following up

                Hello your ola people are thinking we are fools are what I suffering 2 months this same problem still you people are not solved you ### I am calling you people daily more then 20 times call also not connecting you ### solve my problem today it self only
                In the past two years, OLA cabs and the OLA Money team have cheated many people in our country, more than 8000+ complaints are registered against OLA cabs and their drivers. Many Citizen are using the OLA Cab app, unknowingly they will link the OLA Money postpaid payment option while you are booking the cab but nobody don't know if the option had been selected as OLA Money postpaid. Once you get down to your drop off point OLA Cab driver will collect the cash from your side. After two weeks or three weeks you will get the call from OLA customer care service, then only you know your amount is due in the OLA Money app. If you do not pay your pending dues on time they will put interest for the pending amount in the OLA app. once you start a complaint in the OLA customer care service center or through email id they won't respond to you. Finally one day they will come and say you, it is not in our scope if you selected OLA Money postpaid option then why did you pay cash to our driver? So OLA money is not responsible for this problem. After two weeks they will inform you we can't retrieve old data that are out of our scope. They are well prepared to cheat you, so kindly forward this message from your side and our Government will take necessary action against OLA Cabs and OLA Money. #BANOLACABS #BANOLAMONEY #BanOLAInIndia

                  The final fare Rs217 of ola my ride was quite higher than the estimated price Rs 172. The driver took the long route.
                  Even the ola support system is not working properly, showing error everytime I am trying to address my issue. I want a refund if the extra money I was charged for the driver's fault.

                    I booked a raid from OLA by default Postpaid payment has been selected . The driver was denying to take us without cash.. So we have to pay cash to the driver on the very same day i raised complaint to OLA. I said this to the OLA executive and they said we will look into it.. Everyday I'm getting twice or thrice calls from OLA and everyday I'm giving my concern that I paid cash to the driver. They are very rude. Today they are sending threatening message of taking legal action.
                    Please look into it.

                      I purchased ola scooter at 12th june 2022, order id is - (0322-KJQ845) and Registered no is [protected].
                      And the scooter has not been delivered to me yet. I have also signed all the bank finance related papers of IDFC, But still now the scooter has not been delivered to me, whereas the dispatch time on your Ola app was also given on 15th June but till date still ola have not dispatched the scooter.

                      I have repeatedly mailed to ola ([protected]@olaelectric.com) and call on ola customer care and complained but did not get any response from Ola.
                      And now when I asked to cancel my order and asked for my money back, neither canceling the order nor refunding my money.
                      I never thought that Ola would do all this. I express my displeasure with Ola.
                      Pls help sir.. and solve this issue as soon as possible.

                          The driver charged extra amount, as did not consider the OLA postpaid.
                          Since the postpaid amount was not been settled, I had to pay that amount as it chargeable for late payment.

                          Now, past 60 days I have chasing regularly but these shameless people have a standard statement of refund will be processed in next 10 days.
                          There are more SR for this same issue.

                                Hi i was using ola from many years also using ola postpaid they sanction 3000 as pay later.. but while checking my credit score i came to know that ola took personal loan from Adity Birla FL on my name i.e also 50000 INR and they didnt paid 2990 INR yet so it impacting my Credit score as 1 negative account.. I had sent them email also regarding that but still no reply.. Without knowing how can they take money? I was using ola postpaid but i don't know they will do loke this.. its my humble request to take action because its showing negative account in my Credit score..

                                  Ola complaint number 4622270

                                  I booked ola cab on 16 July 2022 14:15 to travel from khanda colony Panvel to kamothe which is 3km distance. I started my journey at 14:17 and i reached my destination in 5-6min as it's afternoon time and there was no any traffic on road. When I booked ola cab it shows 120rs fare. But when I ended my trip it shows 179 rs. When i checked my bill invoice it shows 59rs charged for 60min extra time taken to travel. I saw travel end time in invoice shows 15:24 infact travel ended at 14:24. In between traveling i saw driver changed mobile time stamp and increased time to 1hr. I send mail to ola with all details but no any action taken till now. I recieved ola bill invoice at 15:10 on which they mentioned trip ended at 15:24.

                                  59rs is not big amount but ola should take action against such drivers.

                                    I had taken an Ola Auto today and the fare was Rs. 143. I had made the payment of ₹ 200 in cash and later I got a communication that ₹ 143 has again been debited from my Ola Money

                                    As this is a double debit for the same ride, please reverse the Ola Money charges as the driver has already been paid for the trip

                                      I had booked an ola kaali peeli cab from BKC to Mumbai central but later changed the drop location to Delhi Zaika, Mahim, but I was charged for the payment which showed till Mumbai Central and i also tried to put up a complaint on app but its not happening. Request you to have a look at my extra paid issue as soon as possible.

                                        Driver took cash of 669rs eventhough I had selected UPI payment option on Ola app.I had asked for online option of Gpay or Paytm but it was not available with driver.Kindly look into this matter..As ola app still showing me 669rs payment pending whereas I had already paid 669rs to driver in cash.
                                        I have been using OLA app frequently, Request you to refund 669rs.
