Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — qr code and mobile number does not match in ola shuttle | |||
Hello, I have booked a ride for ola shuttle from ajoynagar (Kolkata) to sdf (Salt lake sec v) at 9.35am on 30th august, 2017. But my registered mobile number and qr code does not match when i entered into the shuttle. Driver told me to get down from the shuttle and report to the office. Details: 30th august, 09.35 am Shuttle: srn 7715031 From : good wheel care - ajoy nagar To : between cognizant and mcdonalds - sdf I called to the ola shuttle customer care. One lady from banglore picked up my call and refunded the money immediately. Note: i dont know the reason. But i realized that this the only day i booked ola shuttle just before 3 minutes from pickup time. This might be a reason.
