I was planning to book a ride from "Aatma Store. Deenpur, Shyam Vihar, Phase-2, Najafgarh, Delhi" to "Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi on 28 June 2022.
For this Ride, the amount was Rs. 315.
But, due to some changes in my plan, I have updated my destination location as "Indira Gandhi Hospital, Dwarka Sector 9 Dwarka, Delhi"
Once the destination has been updated successfully in the Application with a revised amount of Rs. 99.
The process till now has been perfect.
But, the main issue arrived once I had completed my ride.
The amount shown in the application of the driver was Rs. 315 instead of Rs. 99.
I have shocked to see this, then I explained to the driver to refund me the balance amount. but he has denied this and recommended talking with OLA customer care.
Then, I paid him Rs. 315.
I placed the complaint by application and at the same time, I received a call from OLA.
Then, I explained the complete story to her and she said that right now I am unable to refund your amount with the system due to some tech. error
But, you will get this refund shortly.
Then, I received mail from OLA customer care with the subject line - "Your refund has been processed Rs. 216"
But to date, I have not received any refund.
So, kindly do the needful asap.
