I am ola customer since more than a year.I started booking ola cab from 8.39 am today. Four bookings were cancelled as the cab driver did not turn up. Booking reference.[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected]. I missed my flight to Varnasi.Indigo 6E898.ref.no S6MVUL for today.Disgusted with the service. I lost a day and RS 12500 being the flight cancellation charges. Please refund cancellation charges and compensate for the inconveniences caused. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have observed this on my Ola app there are many occasions that someone takes a ride using my account and the amount is paid by my Ola money wallet.
I want to know what is going on here as I have not taken any ride using Ola one more than a month now.
