Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Waste time and harassment | |||||
Sir I was travelling with my family on dated 28 oct 2016 and i booked ola cab at 2114 hours but cab driver refuse to go under ola cab and he said he will go personally and will take 250 for it. So i cancel the trip and go another mode in night. I complaint regarding this but no action taken. On dated 02/11/2016 again i reached hazrat nizamuddin railway station with my family in night and i booked ola cab three times, this time cab driver cancelled the booking. Due to this i had to wait about 45 minutes in railway station and go by auto. I telephonically complaint with ola customer care but they said sorry only and they are helpless. Ir you can feel a person who is travelling with his family travelling in night and sure he will go home safely in night with the best taxi service in city like ola, uber but he faces these type of problems how he feel that time When i travelled today, ola add rs 50 cancellation charges and i pay rs 50 extra. When i cancel the booking they charge rs 50 per cancellation but when the driver cancel the booking they said only sorry and waste my time and harass the customer. I want the compensation for these type of harassment and take strict action against the ola cab. Thanking you. Regard.
