Crn[protected] for ola cabs. Date: 11.03.2016, new delhi I called ola cab by app and ola cab reply me, cab may be reached with in 4 minutes (Booking time: 20.28 hours (08.28 pm). Ola provided me white santro hr 63b 8323 cab, driver name: jitendra kumar ([protected] for crn[protected] and reached my starting point i.E. D- 16/2, mohan garden, uttam nagar, new delhi at 20.48 hours with 20 minutes late. I have to go sarai rohhila railway station, delhi to catch sarail rohhila- bikaner super fast train at 22.45 hours.The driver jitendra kumar not agree to place laggage in his cab dikki, we told him we are only two passenger to go, you may carry these laggages cab dikki and front seat (Left of driver), but he was not agree with this. Finally we have to cancelled this cab and go for another cab. Due to this episode by time became 20.57 hours and it was very difficult to catch train from sarai rohilla railway station in this very short time. Therfore, i request that driver: jitendra kumar ([protected]), vehicle no. White santro hr 63b 8323 may punish and gave necessary instruction.
