Ola Cabs — Cancelled my booking CRN89591660

8th June 2015 My name is Sripriya and my contact no. [protected]. I booked for a cab with Ola on 8th afternoon around 3.10 pm and I got my booking confirmation via SMS as well as on my mail ID. I actually booked cab @ 10.15 PM where the Cab should pick me up from Central Railway station. But then I got a call from the driver who has assigned against my booking @ 9.30 PM and he was asking me where were you. I told him that I was in the train and the train suppose to reach the station @ 10.15 pm only. The drive said okay I will wait When the train reached the station it was 10.25 the train got delayed by 10 mints, immediately I gave a call to the drive to make sure that he was waiting for us, but his mobile no was very busy. I tried twice his no was busy. Then I though I should not waste my time so I rushed to the place where the driver ask me to come. Once I reached the place and called him, he was telling in a very cool manner that your booking got cancelled pls book for another cab. I am actually with my 68 old mother and 45 old mentally challenged brother. I also informed about this to that Drive, kindly help me, my situation is like this. But he refused to listen my words. Then again I call OLA help desk to book another taxi, I could not get that no at all. I was trying very badly for it, but not succeed. Finally I book a cab from another vendor and I traveled. I have few question for Ola Cab: 1. Why did you send your cab very early when I asked the pickup only @ 10.15 pm? 2. How can you cancel my booking without taking my concern? 3. How can you serve the public when you are not understanding their urgency and emergency? 4. I really got chocked with yesterday's incident. I need an explanation why my booking got cancelled, why I told my situation to the drive he was not ready to hear me. All together very bad experience with OLA cab, I am totally unhappy with your service.
