Dissatisfied. Your driver cheated our relatives. He picked up our relatives at Haripuri Colony, NTR Nagar in Hyd, bad and drove to RTC Cross roads through LB Nagar and Uppal where the distance is double. He can ride through Musarambagh, Tilaknagar, Nallakunta and Vidyanagar. Hence we are dissatisfied with this attitude and uninstalling the app and will go for alternate mode of transport service next time. I have received a mail on 24th Dec 15 from [protected]@olacabs.com. CRN[protected] that the my concern of ola driver cheating will be addressed. So far not received any mail.
Please let us know the status of my query. Refering ticket number 7714368 for the same.
We have uninstalled your app and using alternate mode of transportation from the day ola driver cheated us.
