Ola Cabs — Driver cheated us of money and ola is not refunding | |||
Hello We took a ola prime on 9th july 2016 in bangalore. I always pay by ola money and had 730 rupees in it. At the end of the ride, the driver informed us that he is not getting a confirmation of money being deducted and also showed us his tab and it was still frozen for a while. So we paid him by cash (782 was the total bill). After a few minutes, i received a message from ola that 730 has been deducted from my account. This has happened before and i have been refunded the money in most cases. So naturally i called ola customer care and informed them of this issue. They obliged and made an enquiry from the driver where the driver told them that he did not receive any cash from us. I have got a mail saying they will not refund the money to us. We have paid 782 plus 730 (Ola money) As a regular customer i am very disturbed that instead of creating more awareness amongst the drivers, they decided to believe him and not refund the money. I booked the cab to pick me up and set my location as it was urgent to me to go somewhere .When I called the cab driver he refused to take me to my destination and dropped my phone .I was so late to my destination and I was so angry about it .
