Ola Cabs — Drivers malicious behavior | |||||
I booked an ola cab from bhakti vedanta hospital mira road on 9 july 2016 at 10pm. my complaint is as below : 1. driver came late 2. then asked me drop location 3. then asked me whether i will pay cash or ola money. 4. then drove me a little ahead and started acting as if the car is broken down. 5. then drove me to wrong route and got me stuck in traffic while i was supposed to go other way. despite repeatedly telling him to take me right way, he continued driving me on wrong route and finally started telling me to book other cab. Cab booking details as below Imran ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white swift dzire mh01bt9912.1.1 times peak time charge is applicable on this booking. Once you board the cab please share crn[protected] with driver to start trip. Please take strict action against this driver else i will be escalating the matter to local police. i also demand a compensation fimran ([protected]) is on the way to your location in a white swift dzire mh01bt9912.1.1 times peak time charge is applicable on this booking. Once you board the cab please share crn[protected] with driver to start trip. I also demand compensation of rs 100000/- (rs one lac) for wasting my time, causing me mental harassment and trauma in the middle of night and playing with my safety and security.
