Ola Cabs — Money deducted for ola cab but not travelled

I had made a booking for ola cab in bengaluru, but the driver indicated that tyre was punctured and the ride was cancelled, then on the same instance i made a second booking and made a ride, the full amount was paid to the driver, but a bill was generated and amount deducted from my bill rs.407.00 through ola money.
