Ola Cabs — My account is suspended | |||
My account has been suspended by ola... In my account ola Money was also available about Rs. 4442 I want my account either working(non-suspended) or my money back to my bank account or OLA account... M totally harassed & dissatisfied do solve the issue and i need ola money urgently. They said that your account is blocked automatically by the system error don't worry it will be unlock in 24 hrs. but from last 7 days doesn't happen they are fooling me says again and again the same thing. I had also send several mails to them but not a proper rep from their end. I've no more other option to do now to lodge a complaint against OLACABS. pls solve my problem asap.. registered email id of ola :- [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

i uploaded ola money few days back and today they blocked my account permanently stating "violation of terms" i am using ola from couple of years i don't know why they are doing this very upset with their behaviour i want my money back which i uploaded few days back...

Ola service is bad, with no reason they block the account, and finally make people to run behind their website to know why it is blocked. They dint even know why it is blocked.
Even website dint provide any reasons for account being blocked
They simply insult people and dont know how to take care of clients.

My Ola account has been blocked . I have tried ringing up their customer support no. but it does not take calls. There is an automated reply that 'your account is blocked'. I tried writing to them and they raised a ticket and promised that they will resolve the issue but to no avail. So far. It is 3 days. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.Please help
Same thing happend with me. I have been using it for 2 years. Till last evening I used it but from morning my account was blocked. I have added Ola Money 1 day befor.Tried reaching their customer support and mail group but they are forwarding an auto-generated mails again and again and terms and conditions policy. Really pathetic customer support and they don't know how to resolve issues.

I EVEN DROPPED AN EMAIL TO CEO Mr.Bhavish BUT I THINK HE IS BUSY IN EARNING MONEY RATHER THAN GETTING THROUGH COMPLAINTS/FEEDBACK.

For Ola Money refund, I wrote to [email protected] and they refunded the money. Try connecting on Facebook / Messenger. They are more responsive on social media platforms.
Same thing happened with me also.They blocked my account without any valid reason. i also had some money in my ola account which they are not returning back.
My account got permanently blocked due to unknown reason.
I had Ola money pass of amount 400INR /20 rides /10 KM. But lucky I had ola credit amount outstanding which is approximate 400-500 INR. So at this point I am not in loss.
They are not responding on my mail and not helping me in unblock my account.
Very worst support service of ola in India.
