[Resolved]  Ola Cabs — Service Denial after Confirmation

13 hours, Multiple Lies, Delays, Break Promise, Cancellation & Thank you! CRN 5461418 Got awesome service from Ola! 1) Booked Cab 14 hours ago for 4.30 am pickup on 21 Apr 2) Got confirmation 13 hours before travel - cool! 3) Repeatedly called to get driver information (thrice) - Customer Care consistently says "you will get driver details only 30 mins before travel" - seemed good use of 'Just In Time' principles 4) 3:45 am, 3:55am, 4:05 am, 4:15 am - No Driver Info received - Customer Care consistently says "you will get driver details only 30 mins before travel" 5) Assured repeatedly of cab availability confirmation 6) Then Magic Happens - Customer Care becomes unreachable!! 7) At 4.25 customer care says cab delayed by 20-25 mins. Still Confirms availability!! Wow!! 8) At 4.35 a driver from Ola cab calls and says he is 50 mins away, same time Ola Customer Care confirms 20-25 mins delay! Awesome pack of Lies - talk of professional company backed by Tiger Global, Matrix Partners! 9) At 5 Ola CC says driver 15-20 mins aways 10) At 5.30, finally sends a terse sms that booking cancelled!!! You are on your own!! Take care of yourself because we couldn't! !! Hah

You are saying 100% correct bro.I had flight in morning so I booked OLA cab one day before to avoid any delay.I received message from ola your ride is confirmed and will let you know about driver details 30 min before scheduled time.But after waiting for long time no one came.I had again searched on ola CAB was available but it was demanding 1000 rupees.So
1.OLA had time to book drivers but they did not do that.OLA should reimburse in such cases to customers. When cancellation fees can be charged by them then why not charge ola for its mistakes and mismanagement. If drivers dont accept digital payments then charge them denying fees.
