Ola Cabs — Wrongly charged | |||||
I had booked a cab at around 1 am on 1stJuly'16. I was informed that i would get the cab in 7 min. But even after waiting for some time there was no movement in the waiting time. Tried calling the driver numerous times but he didn't answer. What are we supposed to do at 1 am if somebody is not replying your calls. Should we wait further? So just cancelled the booking. And now i have been charged Rs 50 for no fault of mine. It is not about the money but the way you are functioning. Your driver doesn't receives calls and doesn't even call back then whose fault is it?? Hope you rectify this as the drivers don't take undue advantage of this loophole.
