Ola — Customer care support and ground support | |||||
My name is dhruv dubey and i am a regular user of ola cabs, recently on 11th july 2016 i booked a cab at 4.10 am as i need to catch a flight at 6 am. it usually takes 40 mins to reach international airport from my home but i took a buffer time of 20 mins in order to avoid delay, but to my surprise when i got into the cab i was told by the driver that he is not able to start my trio and due to some issue he won't be able to drop me at the destination. i contacted the customer care to help me but to my surprise i was repeatedly told by tele caller executive junaid that he can not help me and i have to book another cab. after burning my precious 20 mins in the conversation i booked another cab but it was too late as i missed my flight by 5 mins and have to book another flight at a cost of 8856/- that too a connecting flight which took me 6 hours to reach. i urge you to take a strong action against ola for not been able to help customer in these kind of situations. regards dhruv dubey [protected]@yahoo.co.in Was this information helpful? | |||||
