Ola — driver canceled ride after knowing the drop location | |||||
On 23.11.18 midnight at around 11:45 pm i hv booked a ola micro cab from kolkata airport to my residence at garia. Reaching time showing was 8 mins. After two to three mins also it was the same. When i hv called the driver he told he was at airport reserve parking, having his food, hence it will take another 5 mins to reach. He enquired about the drop location, which initially i denied to disclose, as i knew the trick. Same thing happened to me many a times before. But when he has requested i disclosed about the drop location with a commitment that he won’t cancel the ride, which he agreed in turn. After 2/3 mins as expected i got a cancellation msg from ola. I kept on trying him on his no. +91 [protected] atleast for 40 times, but he cancelled all my calls. I request ola team to come up with a serious action plan against that driver and the system, or else i will launch a case of harrasment against ola. I want him to learn a lesson, so that he kept repenting thru out his life. Hope you will no longer remain blind and take necessary action against him and i want to show the proof of your action plan. Unfortunately i forgot to record the vehicle no., as it was not there after the cancellation. But i remember it was hyundai eon.
