Ola Electric — Complaint Regarding Delay and Poor Service at Jaipur Ola Electric Service Centre

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to raise a serious complaint regarding the extremely poor service experience at your Jaipur service centre.

I submitted my Ola scooter for repair 20 days ago, but till now there has been no proper update regarding the status of my vehicle. Every time I call or visit the service centre, I receive the same response that one part is damaged and they have mailed the company for the replacement part from Bangalore.

This delay is causing me severe mental stress and inconvenience. I am a student, and due to the unavailability of my scooter, my academics are getting affected badly. I am unable to attend my tuition classes regularly, and many of my important daily tasks and work are pending.

What is more disappointing is the lack of communication and accountability from the service centre staff. Even after repeated follow-ups, there is no clear timeline provided for the repair completion.

I request you to kindly look into this matter urgently and provide:

A proper update regarding my scooter repair status.
Expected delivery timeline of the required part.
Quick resolution of the issue at the earliest possible.

I trusted Ola Electric for better service and customer experience, but this situation has been highly frustrating and disappointing.

I hope you will take immediate action regarding this complaint.
