I placed an order with Ola Electric for Ola S1 Pro 3x 4kw scooty on March 10, 2025 (Order No. OED-[protected]) by visiting OLA Electric Unity Bldg, Vasai West and I paid the entire amount of Rs.154602 towards purchase of Scooty and the estimated delivery date was March 29, 2025, but the Scooty has not been delivered even after repeated follow ups.
I sent a complaint on 7th April, 2025 to [protected]@olaelectric.com and trying to be in touch with OLA Representative Mr.Gaurav Singh (who visited our home for doing paperwork for purchase) who is just avoiding my phone calls, but neither the scooty has been delivered nor refund issued.
Being a Senior Citizen i feel I am being mentally harassed and my hard earned money is at stake. Kindly arrange to issue me the refund at the earliest Was this information helpful? |
