Service not provided after sales
Hi Team,
I am trying to register a complaint against OLA electric I have bough a bike and also took their insurance. now I have a problem with my bikes suspension I trying to find a solution with the service station however they are saying book a slot through their app I trying from last 1 month but there are no slots available. I am fed up with the service station and their services they never meet expectations.

Cheating with different prices to each individual

I brought ola scooter for 1.63 lakh from next day I drops to 1.45 lakh this is really unethical practice and simply cheating the customers individually. I am trying call them and but there no customer care response after several attempts . It really really bad unethical practice from the ola ev.

Requesting your intervention on the matter please.
I booked Ola Scooty on 14th Feb'24 where Ola experience center executive at HSR Bangalore gave me proforma invoice of 1, 30, 000 and chased me to pay immediately. While I felt the intention to rush was helping me, but now I understand since price has changed, which he didn't tell me which I got to know nest day. The price was reduced to 1, 04, 000 and still I didn't had update on where is the delivery though I was told it would take 9-10 days when I did the payment.
I asked Ola executive to either cancel the booking or adjust but he declined saying that it's already registered which I quite didn't understand as he's just misguiding.
Informed Ola executive that how vehicle can be registered whereas until yesterday you were saying that it would take 10 days for same.
Anyway, I need help with the solution as I have decided not to take delivery of the Scooty. I am sure, if price would have increased then Ola would have taken extra money and in this case also they should follow the fair practice.
FYI, I have tweeted Bhavish Agarwal- CEO of Ola Scooty ~50 times by now bu no response on resolution yet. This shows that if the CEO is lethargic, the attitude of the company.

I bought a new ola s1x plus and got it delivered on last 04th Feb evening. But the scooter was giving error to restart and since it was not working the vehicle was taken to service center on the very next day of delivery that is 05th feb morning. They told they will check and inform and after 3 days that is on 8th of February the technician is telling that the motor of the new vehicle which is driven less than 25km is to be replaced. They told they have ordered the vehicle part and it should come from Bangalore. The new vehicle that is supposed to delivered on 5th Feb is still with the ola service center for which the motor to be replaced. We are spending so much on a scooter and this is the output. Government should take strict actions on such companies for destroying the mental peace and also provide interest amount of the scooter which has been paid and no product for the same has been delivered. And also the company has not provided any proof that the scooter is with them. I have been asking the company officials directly and also raised complaint in ola customer care number but there is no reply. The app of ola is showing as the new scooter as driven almost 1800km and is on the move.

My OLA S1 Pro Gen 2 is not working anymore after 2 months of exact delivery date.
Booked & Purchased on 15th August 2023 (Full Payment with insurance)
Received Late Delivery of my OLA On 24th October 2023
Till date neither received my subsidy amount also
Just 574 KM and the battery is dead 24th December 2023 submitted to OLA Service Centre Jashodanagar Ahmedabad City Gujarat today i.e 25th December 2023.
The extended warranty of 3 Years needs to be provided for battery replacement due to issue.
The experience with staff is not OK and not giving proper answers telling still we haven't received any update for the vehicle.
As per the screenshot when it was Low in charge the charging to the OLA Scooter was not working at all on 24th December 2023.
I need to pick and drop my OLA to service centre myself. Unable to Send RSA as nothing was available.Please check customer experience.
I had called Mr Prashant Sales Person Of Vastral Ahmedabad Service Centre Branch and reported also to Mr Asif Sales person of Navrangpura Ahmedabad Service Centre Branch about the issue yesterday and today.

Regarding Charger Refund
As I am eligible to Get My Charger refund back from ola electric.
I have raised multiple Requests via email to issue me my Charger refund Amount but I have never got any response or nor my Refund from them From last 5-6 Months.
They have always give me Dates like you will get by end of month like that but never got any notification to submit my bank details to get the money.
This is my order id and I’m eligible to get Refund.

It got revised multiple time and finally it has reached 22 Dec as delivery date. Now I would like to request for complete reversal of the purchase process. Ola is not responding on this.

Ola S1 Pro Gen 2

When Ola staff sale me the bike they told me it rides for 195 kms in 1 full charge. Even the ad hoardings had the same promises. However even after full 100% charging none of the mode shows 195 kms. This is cheating by ola. Ola should return me my money 1.65 lakhs and take back the bike. i went to service center several times but no satisfying answer.

I have an OLCARE+ subscription and my scooter has been dead for almost 14 days and despite me raising several complaints, I'm not getting the required support and resolution to resolve the scooter issue. Scooter is not powering on and looks completely dead. Due to this I'm unable to unlock the scooter. I'm also not getting the towing service from Ola electric.

My bike ( order ID : OET-[protected]-DEB677) got allotted and dispatched on 15th October. After receiving call from team, I took receipt for choice number from local RTO on 20th October.
I got [01024407] case number when I sent choice number receipt on ola's support mail ID on 3rd of November.
I got call from ola team ( [protected]) on 9th November asking me to send same receipt via WhatsApp.

Insurance policy cancelled without any notice

I have purchased and ola s1 from ola electric app with the insurance of icici lombard. Recently my vehicle met with an accident at 23.10.2023 01.30 am. My brother-in-law met with an accident with my vehicle. When i went to claim my insurance policy, they didnt make any survey for that but after that they told me ola has canceled my policy without letting me aware of it. They havenot even told me about it. I want full explaination of it and my insurance to be claimed and my vehicle to be repaired as soon as possible.

On 31st October 2023, I decided to cancel my order due to certain reasons, and I followed the prescribed cancellation process provided by Ola Electric.
According to the information displayed in the Ola Electric application, the refund for the canceled order of Rs. 21, 748 was marked as "successful." However, despite the application's claim of a successful refund, I have not received the refund amount in my credit card account.
I have made several attempts to contact Ola Electric's customer support, but regrettably, I have been unsuccessful in reaching their customer care representatives.

Ola electric has Cheated Me

I had purchased ola s1pro top model but at the time of delivery I had received with s1 os having no range compared to s1pro, after continuous follow up the os upgraded to s1pro.
But no options of s1pro available till in my scooter complaint already made many more times but no response.
Again corporate offer is applied at the time of purchase but not received while asking for that through mail continuously after a month the corporate offer is not eligible on your purchase mail received from ola.
Now I having battery draining issues already complained again no response. Went to local ola experience centre not solved till.
I had registered first for the move OS4 but till now no update received, asking in experience center no response.
The charger refund amount received Rs.5000/- on OCT 2023, but at the time of delivery i had paid additional 15000/- for charger.
Don't know what to do.
Please provide complete resolution. Thank you.

I did the Move OS beta upgrade. After that the vehicle used to not start at times when starting from halt. Then on Oct 20, 2023, it started vibrating after the acceleration is given and displays message saying "scooter issues, switiching to park mode". The vehicle was not moving an inch. I raised a complaint immediately and also called a customer care executive as I cannot bring it to the OLA center to send the technical team to my location...

My electric scooter stoped in the middle of the road in the evening I tried to contact Ola support but no call was picked up somehow I managed to brought my scotter at home and then I called again to the Ola showroom members they told to raise a ticket and all the tickets were full . From 5 days the scooter is parked at home only . then they told to come to showroom somehow I managed to take the scooter to showroom now it has been 2 days the scooter is not service yet and they told me to wait for another 3 days I am a working woman and I need vehicle daily but this is how Ola treats their customers very disappointed . I have lodge a complaint for scooter service with regards loose body parts and some other issues of non functioning of the bike for over a month without any response from the Ola company or service providers --- HERE IN MUMBAI --- so i am totally disturbed and appalled at the company's lack of service responsibilty and insensitivity to their customers in a tier-1 city like mumbai --- god help the tier-2 city customers ..
i had also foolishly opted for the extras - and service benefits without realising their lack of service providers especially since their vehicles cannot be worked on by the private bike mechanics --- A TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER -- product is good but the after sales SUCKS BIG TIME

Ola s1 air newly delivered on 7th september, and next day 8th september its stopped on mean the road, from 9th september scooter at experience center after 7-8 days Ola company not giving proper support and replacement of complete vehicle. its manufacturing defect, while i take delivery sales person told me to do sign first on delivery acceptance then test ride and take it to home.
i think its manufacturing defect which company can't be saught out. No proper solutios providing, no update regarding any service part replacement. my newly purchased vehile at Experience center from next day of delivery. from 8th september its at service center.

Bought the Ola Scooter 7 months back. Suddenly it stopped working. It stopped in the middle of the road, the scooter was dead not switching on. I managed to bring the scooter to my home. I tried to raise a complaint in the help section but failed. Then sent an email and continuously followed up with them on Twitter, but to date no one has visited. Already a week is gone, they are just calling but not sending any technicians to solve the scooter...

Simple things such as brake pad change takes one month also should provide a backup vehicle during the said period.

I have received email Quote from Ola through email and repeated message on what sup to renew my Own damage Policy for Rs. 2480. I did not respond to them untilo I get a proper connection through phone call. Their customer care number cannot be connected through any other number other than registered mobile. When I try to call from my number to [protected], automatically it is getting disconnected. Final I got a call from Ola and I got my doubts clarified even though the quote was very high compared to market. I paid Rs. 2480 and chosen Digit as my insurer on 21 June for the policy expiring on 29 June. So far they did not respond or issued the policy except saying that they are working on my policy. Finally, I had to take another policy from market of oriental Insurance. When I intimated them about this there was no response. Now I am not able to connect them nor getting any response or refund.
My service experience in the last month was pathetic and kept the vehicle in the garage for a month. one year passed out of which almost two months the vehicle was with the garage for almost two months for repair.
