I have purchased ola scooter before one month. And after 20 days of purchase I was unable to charge my scooter. so I contacted customer support and they took my scooter to service station and called me that my scooter was not charging because of rat bite. And they are forcing me to claim insurance policy for damage. Because of company design fault why should I claim insurance? So please guide me further....

The vehicle got delivered on Oct 7, 2022 and within a week, there are a lot of issues. Running only 65km for a charge (100% charge). But company, promised 105Km in normal mode.
Within ten days, I am getting 26km per full battery charge. We can't rely on this vehicle.
Sometimes it shows the battery balance as 73%, and within five minutes, it goes to 0% battery. We can't go out for a long journey. Even we can't go beyond more...

Dear Ola Electric Team,
This is my final escalation regarding my Ola Air scooter (Registration No: DL10EV0245), which remains unrepaired despite multiple complaints, follow-ups, and even physical visits to your Shakarpur service center.
The vehicle has been lying unattended for days, parked outside the center without safety, and no technician has addressed the issue. Moreover, your staff has behaved rudely and dismissively, stating:
“Kardo complaint, hum nahi karenge.”
This is not just poor service—it’s a complete failure of responsibility, customer care, and warranty support. The recurring issue with the scooter, coupled with your team's refusal to act, has caused significant inconvenience and loss of trust.
I now demand:
Immediate repair with proper coaptation and permanent resolution.
Written explanation for the delay and staff misconduct.
Escalation to the area manager (Rajeev) and acknowledgment of this complaint.
Compensation for the prolonged downtime and negligence.
you are forcing me to take legal action and escalate through consumer grievance platforms, including PG Portal and social media.

Delay in delivery of Scooty, nor refund being issued

I placed an order with Ola Electric for Ola S1 Pro 3x 4kw scooty on March 10, 2025 (Order No. OED-[protected]) by visiting OLA Electric Unity Bldg, Vasai West and I paid the entire amount of Rs.154602 towards purchase of Scooty and the estimated delivery date was March 29, 2025, but the Scooty has not been delivered even after repeated follow ups.
I sent a complaint on 7th April, 2025 to [protected]@olaelectric.com and trying to be in touch with OLA Representative Mr.Gaurav Singh (who visited our home for doing paperwork for purchase) who is just avoiding my phone calls, but neither the scooty has been delivered nor refund issued.
Being a Senior Citizen i feel I am being mentally harassed and my hard earned money is at stake. Kindly arrange to issue me the refund at the earliest

Delay in Delivery Request for Order Cancellation and Refund
I placed an order with Ola Electric on 27th April 2025 (Order No. OET-[protected]-JNO930) via online mode. The estimated delivery date was 3rd May 2025, but the product has not been delivered even after repeated follow-ups.
I lodged a complaint on 9th May 2025 (Complaint No.[protected], and have been in touch with your representative, but no proper resolution has been provided.
The delay and lack of proper service have left me disappointed, and I have lost confidence in the service quality even before delivery. I fear the after-sales service may be even worse.
I paid ₹94, 000 and now request the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund.
I lodged a complaint on 9th May 2025 (Complaint No.[protected], and have been in touch with your representative, but no proper resolution has been provided.

I have ordered a scooter with OLA on 4th April and uploaded documents same day, address proof got rejected since my village under cuddalore RTO and PIN code falls under Pondicherry. they are not ready to believe govt docs like Aadhaar, Passport, VoterID, driving license which clearly has address as cuddalore.

Battery low 3 percent from 61 and stop
I just buy last month through emi and paid down payment of 19k, it's full charge from showroom and 2nd day it's middle way towards home suddenly say low battery from 37 percent to 3 percent and stop, then they update software and now problem double and now worse. Vehicle in service centre more than month and no use of it

My Ola scooter has been having problems for 13 days due to which I have complained 10 times about home appointments and once my home appointment has been cancelled from OLA side without solving any problem. Second home appointment has been booked for today (22.5.24) and "OLA SERVICE CENTRE Padmanabhpur Durg Chhattisgarh" has been appointed for service, the complaint ticket number is 03293977 and this has been registered since last 8 days, the service center person or anyone from OLA service side has not yet contacted me regarding the problem with the scooter.
I am worried about when the problem of my scooter will be solved. I am very upset and frustrated with OLA's service. I am a Central Government executive and I am facing a lot of problems commuting to office.
I request OLA SERVICE PROVIDER to get the scooter problem fixed through home service as soon as possible.
Scooter's problem is “Display shows switch to park mode and press restart button” after doing this problem remains the same, even rebooting also not solving the problem.

Months ago, I purchased an Ola S1X Plus vehicle. Last month, I was involved in an accident that caused my scooter to break. I sent the scooter to the Ola service center, but to date, there has been no update regarding its status. No one answers phone calls, and when I visited the Ola Experience Centre, they informed me that it would take time. It's been one month since my scooter has been at the service center, and I received the claim estimate last week, after the scooter was there for 20 days. Additionally, as I checked the Ola Electric app, my scooter is being used. Despite trying to reach out to the customer service helpline, no one answers the call.

Bought Electric scooter from OLA on 5th Jan 2023. On 21st Jan 24 the scooter delveloped an issue. I registered a case with OLA company and they till now its not been resolved. I create tickets, escalated it online on their Twitter account too but not helping.
They also asked me to pay 4129 for the care plus plan, which i did by going to thier thane experience centre. Now I am told that the transaction failed and they have not received the money. Money has been deducted from my account. Hence my problems are as follows
Need them to fix my scooter which is stranded from 21st Jan
Start my OLA care + plan for the payment that I have done.
They also asked me to pay 4129 for the care plus plan, which i did by going to thier thane experience centre. Now I am told that the transaction failed and they have not received the money. Money has been deducted from my account. Hence my problems are as follows

I have booked Ola S1 air on 18th February 2024 and they charged me for two helmets as it is mandatory for registration.It was delivered on 8th March 2024 and at the time of delivery what I see they given only one helmet, Asked from executive at experience centre then he responded that the 2nd helmet will be given to you soon in a week, as company has helmet stock issue.So, I agreed but it's more than 1.5 months No helmet given as well as the HSRP number plate is also not installed.I am calling ola team daily but no response.I am not using my vehicle due to unavailability of number plate.Temporary no. Within a mere few days of purchase, the scooter exhibited alarming malfunctions. Initially, it ceased to recognize my password, rendering it inaccessible via traditional means. Shortly thereafter, the vehicle completely failed to start, leaving me stranded and frustrated.
Attempting to rectify these issues proved to be a challenging ordeal. Despite my attempts to schedule a service appointment through the Ola Electric app, I was informed that the earliest available slot was three days away. This is entirely unacceptable, as the scooter was immobile and unable to be transported to the service center without intervention.
Under duress, I reluctantly agreed to pay Rs. 4129 for home service, only to endure further delays and inconveniences before the service technicians arrived. Even then, the resolution proved to be temporary, as the scooter continued to experience recurring issues with acceleration while in operation.
The culmination of these troubles occurred on 28 March 2024, when the scooter malfunctioned while in use by my sister and her young daughter, necessitating roadside assistance. I booked Ola Scooty on 14th Feb'24 where Ola experience center executive at HSR Bangalore gave me proforma invoice of 1, 30, 000 and chased me to pay immediately. While I felt the intention to rush was helping me, but now I understand since price has changed, which he didn't tell me which I got to know nest day. The price was reduced to 1, 04, 000 and still I didn't had update on where is the delivery though I was told it would take 9-10 days when I did the payment.
I asked Ola executive to either cancel the booking or adjust but he declined saying that it's already registered which I quite didn't understand as he's just misguiding.
Informed Ola executive that how vehicle can be registered whereas until yesterday you were saying that it would take 10 days for same.
Anyway, I need help with the solution as I have decided not to take delivery of the Scooty. I am sure, if price would have increased then Ola would have taken extra money and in this case also they should follow the fair practice.
FYI, I have tweeted Bhavish Agarwal- CEO of Ola Scooty ~50 times by now bu no response on resolution yet. This shows that if the CEO is lethargic, the attitude of the company.

I bought a new ola s1x plus and got it delivered on last 04th Feb evening. But the scooter was giving error to restart and since it was not working the vehicle was taken to service center on the very next day of delivery that is 05th feb morning. They told they will check and inform and after 3 days that is on 8th of February the technician is telling that the motor of the new vehicle which is driven less than 25km is to be replaced. They told they have ordered the vehicle part and it should come from Bangalore. The new vehicle that is supposed to delivered on 5th Feb is still with the ola service center for which the motor to be replaced. We are spending so much on a scooter and this is the output. Government should take strict actions on such companies for destroying the mental peace and also provide interest amount of the scooter which has been paid and no product for the same has been delivered. And also the company has not provided any proof that the scooter is with them. I have been asking the company officials directly and also raised complaint in ola customer care number but there is no reply. The app of ola is showing as the new scooter as driven almost 1800km and is on the move.

Battery Replacement - New OLA Scooter s1 pro Gen 2

My OLA S1 Pro Gen 2 is not working anymore after 2 months of exact delivery date.
Booked & Purchased on 15th August 2023 (Full Payment with insurance)
Received Late Delivery of my OLA On 24th October 2023
Till date neither received my subsidy amount also
Just 574 KM and the battery is dead 24th December 2023 submitted to OLA Service Centre Jashodanagar Ahmedabad City Gujarat today i.e 25th December 2023.
The extended warranty of 3 Years needs to be provided for battery replacement due to issue.
The experience with staff is not OK and not giving proper answers telling still we haven't received any update for the vehicle.
As per the screenshot when it was Low in charge the charging to the OLA Scooter was not working at all on 24th December 2023.
I need to pick and drop my OLA to service centre myself. Unable to Send RSA as nothing was available.Please check customer experience.
I had called Mr Prashant Sales Person Of Vastral Ahmedabad Service Centre Branch and reported also to Mr Asif Sales person of Navrangpura Ahmedabad Service Centre Branch about the issue yesterday and today.
As a customer it's not fair to be frustrated. Attachment is done with screenshot for the reference.
Hope I will be provided proper justice and replacement of battery ASAP.
Expecting a quick serious response and support.
