I placed an order with Ola Electric on 27th April 2025 (Order No. OET-[protected]-JNO930) via online mode. The estimated delivery date was 3rd May 2025, but the product has not been delivered even after repeated follow-ups.
I lodged a complaint on 9th May 2025 (Complaint No.[protected], and have been in touch with your representative, but no proper resolution has been provided.
The delay and lack of proper service have left me disappointed, and I have lost confidence in the service quality even before delivery. I fear the after-sales service may be even worse.
