It has been 3 months I didn’t receive my ola electric bike yet and there is no response from the team i am mental getting disturbed by this please don’t buy this scooter I don’t know how the company is even surviving with this very poor quality of service. I bought this scooter to save my petrol money but after buying a 1.5lakh scooter I am still travelling in a rickshaw from 3 months.whenever you’ll call the customer care number they will say you’ll get a call back from the service centre in a while and trust me you will never cause I’ve tried it more than 40times. Please don’t buy this scooter otherwise you’ll mentally get disturbed just as me and if you still decide to buy contact me ill sell you mine. It took them 20 days and my 15 calls to take my scooter in their service centre and after that no response from their side i didn’t have the service centre’s number I didn’t even know where my bike was as it was towed from my home and after all that it took them 1month and 20 days to contact me and say what happened to my scooter and where it is and after all that they asked me if you want to repair like seriously after 2 months they asked me if i want to repair. And then i asked them to repair and it’s been 3 months now there’s no response from them and they’ve shifted the scooter from one area to another without even informing me.
