I am writing to express my deep frustration and concern regarding the ongoing issues with my Ola scooter, which have remained unresolved for the past 8 days. I raised complaint on 28/10/2025 Despite repeated requests for roadside assistance and home service, my problem persists without any concrete action being taken.
I initially contacted Ola Support and Roadside Assistance 8 days ago, requesting that my scooter be towed to the service center. However, despite daily follow-ups and assurances from customer service that my vehicle would be picked up, no action has been taken. I was informed by Ola's vendor, that the delay is due to heavy vehicle he cant drop at service center it has been 8 days, and I am still waiting for my scooter to be towed after that i towed my self to service center
To make matters worse, neither the service center nor the vendor has responded to my calls. Even the senior customer care representatives at both Ola and ola's vendor have been unable to provide a resolution or alternative vendor to address my issue. My vehicle remains immobile and in an unlocked condition on the roadside, leaving me extremely concerned about its safety.
once i reached service center after service has done they said you need to pay Rs 2942 for replace drive belt but i asked with service center i purchased ola care+ policy on 10/03/2025 it will cover drive belt change and labor charge as well but they said it was cancelled before 2 months ago so any how you need to pay for this service
in Ola care+ policy they have mentioned drive belt also included in this service
After that i tried to contact customer care they informed as same above i mentioned then i raised complaint against this issue

As a Central Government executive, I am facing considerable inconvenience in commuting to my office due to the unavailability of my scooter. I request Ola's service provider to urgently address this issue and resolve the problem with my scooter through home service as soon as possible.
I hope to receive prompt action on this matter, as the current situation is causing significant disruption to my daily life.
