Ola Electric — Scooter has not received after two and half months

I drop my scooter at ola service centre, Ranjit Avenue Amritsar in 21st July 2025 as there are some issues i.e. auto reboot. There is no follow up regarding service of my scooter, several times I called, they sad VCU is not available and. I don't know what to do. There is no time limit. They don't tell any fix date when they return back my scooter.
